Procedure 程序Risk Assessment 风险评估The personnel involved with any work requiring a Confined Space entry shall carry out a Confined Space Risk Assessment, or review of the previous Risk Assessment. The Risk Assessment Procedure will be followed. Confined Space Register 有限空间登记A central Register of Site Confined Spaces shall be maintained by the Risk and Training Department. The Confined Space Entry Permit shall set out the requirements for the proposed Confined Space work and address the controls that are required to be met before the work can go ahead.进出所有的有限空间时都必须持有有限空间进入许可证。有限空间进入许可证上应 有在该有限空间工作的具体要求，并注明开始工作前要求达到的控制标准。No person shall enter a Confined Space without an approved Confined Space Entry Permit.
