15Addition:Explanation of provisions·········································································· 1641 总则1.0.1 为规范无机纤维喷涂工程的技术要求,保证工程施工质量,满足节能环保、经济合理、防火安全,制定本规程。1.0.2 本规程适用于建筑工程中无机纤维喷涂工程的设计、施工和质量验收。1.0.3 无机纤维喷涂工程的设计、施工与验收除应符合本规程外,尚应符合国家及北京市现行有关标准的规定。12 术语2.0.1 无机纤维喷涂 spray inorganic fiber将无机纤维与粘结剂或固化剂通过喷涂设备喷涂于建筑基层表面,形成喷涂层的工艺。2.0.2 无机纤维喷涂系统 spray system of inorganic fiber无机纤维喷涂由基层、隔汽层(需要时)、界面层、无机纤维喷涂层、防护层构成的系统。2.0.3 硬质无机纤维喷涂层(矿物纤维喷涂层)hardness inorganic fiber sprayapplied insulation layer采用无机纤维、粘结剂和粉状固化剂喷涂在基层表面形成喷涂层。2.0.4 软质无机纤维喷涂层(矿物纤维喷涂层) softness inorganic 基本规定3.0.1 无机纤维喷涂工程传热系数应符合现行地方标准居住建筑节能设计标准DB11/ 891 和公共建筑节能设计标准DB11/ 687 的规定,并应符合表 3.0.1-1、3.0.1-2、3.0.1-3、3.0.1-4 的规定。表 3.0.1-1 居住建筑传热系数限值W/(·K)表 3.0.1-2 甲类公共建筑传热系数限值W/(·K)表 3.0.1-3 乙类公共建筑传热系数限值W/(·K)表 3.0.1-4 丙类公共建筑传热系数限值W/(·K)3.0.2 地下室车库顶棚、钢结构屋面、外挑、架空楼板等顶棚工程,宜采用软质无机纤维喷涂层,3级别性能指标I 级0.80级0.60.8顶棚喷涂厚度大于等于 70mm 时,宜做增强承托处理。3.0.3 建筑墙体工程保温的无机纤维喷涂宜采用硬质无机纤维喷涂层,喷涂层厚度大于等于 80mm时,应做增强承托处理。3.0.4 采用无机纤维喷涂技术的隔声、吸声工程应符合现行国家标准民用建筑隔声设计规范GB 50118 和剧场、电影院和多用途厅堂建筑声学设计规范GB/T 50356 的规定。吸声性能分级应符合现行国家标准建筑吸声产品的吸声性能分级GB/T 16731 的规定,并应符合表 3.0.4的规定。表 3.0.4 喷涂粘结剂的环保性能指标4.0.4 采用热镀锌的电焊钢丝网和机编的热浸镀锌钢丝网,其技术指标应符合表 4.0.4 的规定。表 4.0.4热镀锌钢丝网性能注:用于墙体;用于顶棚等工程承托。4.0.5 锚固件性能应符合相关现行产品标准。4.0.6 吊挂件、承托龙骨材质宜为不锈钢、铝合金、热镀锌钢,其性能应符合现行国家标准建筑用轻钢龙骨GB/T 11981 或铝合金建筑型材 第 1 部分:基材GB/T 5237.1 的规定。4.0.7 无机纤维喷涂面层宜进行防水防潮处理,宜采用有机硅防水剂,其性能应符合现行行业标准建筑表面用有机硅防水剂JC/T 902 和聚合物乳液建筑防水涂料JC/T 864 的规定。65 构造5.0.1 墙体工程无机纤维喷涂系统应由基层、界面层、无机纤维喷涂层、防护层构成(见图 5.0.1)。1-基层;2-界面层;3-无机纤维喷涂层;4-防护层图 非透明幕墙无机纤维喷涂系统构造,应由基层、隔汽层(如需要)、无机纤维喷涂层、防护层、外饰面构成(见图 5.0.3)。1-基层;2-隔汽层;3-无机纤维喷涂层;4-防护层;5-外饰面;6-防火封堵图 5.0.3非透明幕墙无机纤维喷涂系统构造图86 施工6.1 一般规定6.1.1 基层应平整、清洁、表面无灰尘、无浮浆、无油迹、不开裂、无空鼓等。6.1.2 施工前对预留管线口应进行标注、遮盖或填塞保护。对承托喷涂层的龙骨应提前在顶棚上固定,并呈梅花点布置,其间距宜为 600mm1000mm。6.1.3 有吊顶时,应提前安装预埋件并验收合格后再进行无机纤维喷涂施工。6.1.4 与采暖房间相邻的室内顶棚做无机纤维喷涂层时宜做隔汽层,非透明幕墙无机纤维喷涂宜做隔汽层,无机纤维喷涂层表层宜做防护层。6.1.5 喷涂施工应在上道工序检查合格并对已施工部分采取保护措施后,方可进行下道工序施工。6.1.6 喷涂施工应采取通风措施。喷涂施工后的干燥时间不应少于 5d。6.1.7 在有震动场所应采用轻钢龙骨架方式防脱落增强措施。6.1.8 施工人员应经过培训合格后上岗。6.2 施工准备6.2.1 施工机具应采用专用喷棉机、高压输送泵、专用喷枪和电动搅拌器。6.2.2 测量用具厚度标尺、测厚针尺、放线工具、杠尺、模具压板、针刺板、水桶和液体量筒等。6.2.3 施工中喷枪的施工角度宜垂直于基层,且不应小于 60°,喷枪与基层距离宜在 400mm600mm,匀速往复喷涂施工。6.2.4 现场温度宜为 535。在幕墙施工时风力 4 级以上、雨雪天气以及现场有较大震动和基层有明显结露时不得施工。6.2.5 通风洞口和管道设备已安装完毕经过验收,喷涂前对洞口及上述装置进行严密遮盖和保护。6.2.6 喷涂无机纤维喷涂粘结剂应按产品说明书的配比进行配制,并应与基层粘结牢固。6.2.7 喷涂施工人员应佩戴防尘口罩、手套、绝缘鞋等做好劳保防护。高空作业时应佩戴安全帽、安全绳等,电气设备应加装漏电保护器。6.2.8 设备应在施工前调试,喷涂主机风压应稳定均匀,控制在 20KPa30KPa。喷涂液体粘结剂时,压力应稳定,并控制在 1MPa2MPa。6.2.9 喷涂作业用的施工平台应符合现行行业标准建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范JGJ 80 的规定。6.3 室内墙体无机纤维喷涂系统施工6.3.1 施工工艺流程见图 6.3.1。非喷涂区域遮盖保护基层处理弹控制线9界面处理梳散无机纤维配制粘结剂喷涂无机纤维喷涂层整平防护层施工(需要时)清理检查图 6.3.1室内墙体无机纤维喷涂系统施工流程图6.3.2 室内墙体无机纤维喷涂施工应符合下列规定:1 基层处理:用压缩空气或清水清理基面灰尘和污垢;检查吊挂件及预埋件是否牢靠,应将松动部件紧固,如原基面已经损坏或有严重裂缝,应先进行修补,清楚杂质,保持基面平整干净;2 弹控制线:应按设计和工程要求测量并弹控制线,确定喷涂层厚度和墙面边界;3 界面处理:宜采用喷涂做法,将配置的粘结剂均匀地喷在基层表面,不得露底;4 梳散无机纤维:梳散压缩纤维棉,连续将喷涂棉填入喷涂机内,应保持料箱内纤维材料充足,通过调试好的主机应保持料箱内纤维材料充足;5 配制粘结剂:粘结剂应按使用说明书的配比调配好,不得随意增加水量稀释;6 喷涂无机纤维:无机纤维喷涂首先调试喷涂主机风压,胶泵压力和给料装置,然后进行喷涂。将无机纤维同粘合剂一起喷涂到基层上。一次喷涂到设计要求的厚度,喷涂松喷厚度宜大于设计数值 5mm,连续均匀喷在基层上,不得露底。层面应饱满,平整无间隙;7 喷涂层整平:待喷涂层表面干燥约半小时后,使用专用压板整形工具对喷涂层表面加工,用压板整平时,宜向下压 5mm。阴阳角处应整理齐整,保持直角状态。喷涂层厚度应符合设计要求;8 防护层施工:在喷涂层整形后,应按工程需要选择设置增强防潮装饰层;9 清理检查:喷涂后的施工现场应及时清理,将回弹料清除现场,并拆除喷涂防护围挡、脚手架等。6.3.3 在墙体上喷涂层厚度大于 80mm 时,宜采用粘贴轻钢龙骨或安装镀锌钢丝网方式,进行增强承托处理。镀锌钢丝网铺设应顺一个方向平整铺设,用钢丝制成的“U”型卡卡住网片,直到平整,然后插入尼龙胀塞套管,使钢丝网绷紧绷平,紧贴无机纤维喷涂层,锚固件间距宜为 600mm1000mm。6.4 顶棚工程无机纤维喷涂系统施工6.4.1 顶棚工程无机纤维喷涂层厚度小于等于 70mm 的施工工艺按本规程第 6.3.2 条执行;喷涂层厚度大于 70mm 以上时,应在本规程第 6.3.2 条的工艺基础上,采取增强承托措施。其中安装增强承托龙骨架做法,宜在基层上采用锚固或粘结方式固定龙骨,安装间隔宜为 600mm1000mm。106.4.2 顶棚工程无机纤维喷涂施工工艺也可用于外挑、架空楼板部位、钢结构顶棚等和地下室顶棚相似部位。6.5 非透明幕墙无机纤维喷涂系统施工6.5.1 非透明幕墙无机纤维喷涂系统施工工艺应符合本规程第 6.3.2 条的规定,基层处理后宜设置隔汽层,根据设计需要进行施工。6.5.2 非透明幕墙无机纤维喷涂系统宜设置承托措施,喷涂系统与外饰面层之间的空腔,应在每层楼板处采用防火封堵材料封堵。11质量标准检验方法检查数量1 喷涂层表面纹理自然均匀、无疏松、开裂。2 无明显色差和漏色。3 喷涂层形状与基底形状基本相同。目测观察按本规程第 7.1.3 条的规定7 质量验收7.1 一般规定7.1.1 无机纤维喷涂工程质量应符合现行国家标准建筑节能工程质量验收标准GB 50411 和建筑装饰装修工程质量验收标准GB 50210 的规定。7.1.2 喷涂工程应对施工过程中的隐蔽工程进行验收,并应有详细的文字记录。7.1.3 检验批的划分和检验数量应符合下列规定:1 材料抽查检验批为同一厂家,同一品种的产品以 5000m2 面积使用的材料为一个检验批,不足 5000m2 亦应划为一个检验批。每批抽查一次;2 工程检验批,以 1000 m2 划为一个检验批,不足 1000m2 亦为一个检验批。抽检要求应符合下列规定:1)每个检验批应至少抽检一处,每处不得少于 10m2;2)每处至少抽检 3 个点,每个检测点间距不小于 1m。3 检验批的划分也可根据与施工流程相一致且方便施工与验收的原则,由施工单位与监理(建设)单位共同商定。7.2 主控项目7.2.1 无机纤维喷涂层的导热系数、密度、燃烧性能、质量吸湿率(需要时)、拉伸粘接强度应符合设计要求和本规程规定。检查数量:全数检验。检验方法:观察检查,核查材料合格证或质量证明文件、检验报告。现场随机抽查复检,核查复验报告。7.2.2 无机纤维喷涂层厚度应符合设计要求,不允许负偏差。并按本规程第 7.1.3 条的规定随机抽检。检查数量:按检验批。检验方法:采用钢针插入或剖开测量检查。7.2.3 无机纤维喷涂层与基层和各层间应粘结牢固,不得空鼓、脱落和开裂。检查数量:按检验批。检验方法:观察、手撕检查,应为喷涂层破坏。7.2.4幕墙隔汽层应完整、严实、位置正确、穿透隔汽层处的节点构造采取密封措施。检查数量:按检验批。检验方法:观察、检查,核查隐蔽工程记录。7.3 一般项目7.3.1 无机纤维喷涂层外观质量应符合表 7.3.1 的规定。表 为了便于在执行本规程条文时区别对待,对要求严格程度不同的用词说明如下:1)表示很严格,非这样做不可的:正面词采用“必须”;反面词采用“严禁”;2)表示严格,在正常情况下均应这样做的:正面词采用“应”,反面词采用“不应”或“不得”。3)表示允许稍有选择,在条件允许时首先这样做的:正面词采用“宜”,反面词采用“不宜”;4)表示有选择,在一定条件下可以这样做的,采用“可”。2
