In the development of human society, the national diet has gradually formed its own unique culture.On the diet between China and west, the Chinese and western diet cultures are different because of the differences between Chinese and western cultural traditions. The paper describes the present between Chinese and western diet cultures and the cause to the differences, then analysis the differences from some aspects such as diet concepts, diet targets, diet features and so on. Finally, it talks about the future between Chinese and western diet cultures.
