introduce from 7 parts.First,let me talk about the teaching content.Part 1 Analysis of the teaching content This lesson is about a weather topic.By study of this unit,the Ss know how to talk about the weather with simple words and sentences in English.The 5 new words and the sentence patterns are the main and difficult points of this lesson.The study of this lesson will help the Ss with daily communication.Secondly,its about the students.Part 2 Analysis of the students Our students are in grade 4.They are active and curious,interested in new things.After learning English for one and a half years,they have some basic English background knowledge,so the teacher should attach importance to the communication with them,providing them chances of using language.Therefore,on studying the teaching material and the students,I put forward the teaching aims according to new English lesson standard.Ill talk from 3 aspects.Part3 teaching aims 1.knowledge aims:a)The Ss can master the new words.b)The Ss can master and use the sentence patterns.2.Ability aims:a)The Ss can use the words and sentence patterns to talk about the weather.b)The Ss can use the patterns to express their thoughts in the proper scene.3.moral aims:a)By taking part in the activities,the Ss increase their interests and set up self-confidence in language study;b)Teach the Ss to protect the earth,put the moral education in the language study.Next,Part 4the main points and difficulties of this lesson:First of all,to have the Ss master the words and sentence patterns.Secondly,Ss can use the words and the sentence patterns to talk about the weather in their daily life.Thirdly,teach the Ss to study independently as well as by cooperation.Well,how to achieve the teaching aims better,to stress the perception theories and social intercourse teaching theories,I adopt the TSA method and TBLT method in my teaching,namely Total Situational Action and Task-based Language Teaching.At the same time,make use of the modern electricity teaching equipments,it can mobilize the Ss enthusiasm and creativity in learning English.Part 6 Teaching steps:After these,Ill talk about the teaching steps,which are the most important part of my lesson.In order to realize the teaching process systematically,properly and efficiently,I divide the teaching process into 6 steps.Step1 Warm-up.In this step,there are 2 activities.1.Watch 2 short videos.According to the psychological characteristics of pupils，watching short videos can make Ss feel pleased and interested.This video is a song about different kinds of the weather,which can also give the Ss a first impression of todays lesson.2.Greet:introduce myself and greet to the Ss.Such as welcome them to my class.Step2 lead-in In this step,Ill show them some funny pictures about the weather to arouse their interests and concentrate their attention,which can also lead out the title of this lesson.Step3 Presentation and practice This step plays a basic role in the whole teaching process.I design 4 activities in it.1.lets watch Ill show the Ss 2 short videos of songs.The lyrics of these 2 songs are the words and sentences about the weather,such as hows the weather like today?whats the weather like today?By repeating these sentences with music,the Ss can get a primary impression of what well learn today.This design is significant in my lesson because Ss are not studying the knowledge only from the traditional books.They must learn to find out the useful information independently.2.Study of the new words When I teach the new words,I use pictures and sounds to create a true and vivid situation.By watching and hearing,the Ss can feel the words directly.Then Ill point pronunciations to help Ss read the words and show them how to write the words correctly.3.Read the sentence patterns aloud Use the PPT to present the sentence patterns.Repeat the sentence patterns to help the Ss remember them.4.let s play in this part,there are 3 activities to help the Ss to practice the new words and sentence patterns.Flash cards:Its a small game for the Ss to remember the new words.学习必备 欢迎下载 Lets match:This is a small test education.Recently,our county is calling for the limit of fireworks.According to this announcement,I design this moral education.Show the Ss some pictures about the air pollution to make them know about this announcement and carry out from ourselves.Step5 Homework Arrange the homework.Part7 Blackboard Design Anyway,as teachers,to make our English classrooms shine with vitality,we are laid with
