s复位模式A自动,用于一般电机M手动,用于防爆电机复位时间A:510min;M09三相电流不平衡保护最大值相电流;最小相电流;三相电流平均值。保护投退ON电流不平衡度I%用于跳闸时取30%,用于报警时取20%保护延时t跳闸取30s;报警取60s10工艺联锁OFF(退出)工艺联锁一般另有DCS接点控制11再启动功能OFF(退出)需再启动电机,一般另有防晃电功能控制12欠电流保护OFF(退出)除特殊电机有专门说明外,一般电机都不需要13低电压保护OFF(退出)凡有交流接触器操作的电机都不需,只有断路器直接操作的才用。注:不平衡电流的产生有电压不平衡和绕组故障两种可能的原因,电压不平衡国家标准规定一般不超过2%,最大不超过4%。当不平衡电流达到最大不平衡电压所对应不平衡度I%以上时,说明其不平衡电流来自电机本身故障。根据资料介绍,电压不平衡相差1%时,将产生6%的不平衡电流,所以不平衡度超过15%说明是不正常状态,超过25%说明电机本身有故障。选择跳闸还是报警,一是看保护装置是否具备选择不同作用的设置,二是看电动机及所传动机械的重要性。根据I%计算式可知:(1) 若电机绕组无故障,仅由某相电压不平衡引起电流不平衡,当不平衡电压为4%时,I%约为15%;(2) 当某两相电流一致且为正常值,而故障相电流为正常相电流的1.34倍时,三相电流不平衡度I%为20%;(3) 当故障相电流为正常相电流的1.53倍时,I%为30%。计算推导: I%= (Imax-Ip)/Ip, Imax=(1+I%)Ip, Ip=(Imax+2TN)/3
