医院2023年党建、党风廉政建设工作总结 医院2023年党建、党风廉政建立工作总结 根据县委、县纪委和县卫生局党委对医院党建和党风廉政建立工作的有关要求，为进一步加强医院党建、党风廉政建立和行业作风建立，2023年我院以实施“创先争优”活动和连续深入开展 “廉政文化进医院”活动为主线，以开展“窗口单位四亮四创四评”、“三好一满足”和“抗菌药物临床应用专项整治”等活动为载体，以贯彻落实各项党建和行风建立长效机制为重点，通过狠抓党风廉政和行业作风建立，加强了队伍建立，深化了效劳内涵，强化了医院治理。对比年初与局党组签订的党建、党风廉政建立工作责任书，将2023年医院党建、党风廉政建立工作状况总结如下： 一、党支部根本状况 我院是一所由政府举办的非营利性公立医疗机构，是全县的医疗急救和医疗技术指导中心。现有在职职工302人，实际开放病床302张。近年来，随着医院的进展和规模的扩大，党员数量不断增加，医院党支部下设5个党小组，共有正式党员92人，预备党员2人。正式党员中，有在职党员61人，占职工总数的20.3%，退休党员31人。 二、统一思想，加强领导 医院党政领导非常重视党建和党风廉政建立工作，根据“管行业必需管行风”、“谁主管，谁负责”的原则，主要领导亲自抓、负总责，党、政、工、团齐抓共管，行成合力，各科室积极参加，形成从上到下齐抓共管的良好局面。 一是领导班子健全、分工明确、职责清晰。党支部书记详细分管纪检监察工作，有专职党务工作人员，党建工作经费能得到充分保证。二是成立了党风廉政建立责任制工作领导小组，将反腐倡廉工作纳入班子议事日程，今年以来，领导班子专题讨论党建、党风廉政和行业作风建立工作共7次。三是结合医院工作实际，将年初与局党组签订的党建、党风廉政建立工作责任书进展了仔细的分降落实，与各科室签订了党风廉政和行风建立目标责任书；与各位党员签订了党员目标治理责任书，定期催促检查，年终考核奖惩。四是建立了支委联系党员（包括离退休党员）等制度，尽量发挥支委作用。五是坚持民主集中制原则，对建立工程工程、干部任免等重大问题坚持集体争论，科学民主决策；严格财经纪律，严格执行“收支两条线治理”，管好用好财政专项资金和部门经费。六是健全完善了促进党建和党风廉政建立的各项规章制度和切实可行的措施，使医院的党建和党风廉政建立工作始终坚持长抓不懈，良性进展。 （二）结合业务工作创新活动载体，突出特色亮点 在深入开展“创先争优”活动中，从工作实际动身,把创先争优活动与各项业务工作严密结合，创新活动载体、丰富活动内容、增加活动实效。针对少数科室及个别职工中存在的为民效劳意识不强，效劳态度不能让群众满足，效劳质量不高等突出问题，为切实转变工作作风，进一步强化效劳意识，改善效劳态度，提升效劳质量，构建和谐医患关系，更好地满意人民群众的卫生效劳需求，在全院深入开展了“增加效劳意识、改善效劳态度、提升效劳质量、构建和谐医患关系”专项教育活动。 专项教育活动完毕后，各科室共查找出科室工作中存在的问题47条，制定出有针对性的整改措施56条，实施了成立导诊效劳台，增设发药窗口，增设病人等候区，检验功能科室标准工作流程等便民措施，下步还将逐步实施便民措施11项。目前，专项教育活动已暂告一段落，医院及各科室正在抓紧做好各项查找出来的问题和便民措施的整改落实，总结本实施阶段工作，安排部署下一阶段工作。
