with.It is located at a critical node on the main development corridor of Pudong District as well as being on the transportation axis from Pudong international airport to downtown.In addition to the sites close proximity to surrounding large scale High Tech Parks and industrial zones,Tang T own is well positioned as a landmark city providing complementary administrative,cultural,recreational and residential uses to the area.The site is currently characterized primarily by farm lands with industrial zones to the east.Recent and proposed developments on the site have introduced high-end,villa neighborhoods,T own Hall,T own Cultural Center,and T own Elderly activity center and residences within the site.These uses will remain and be integrated into the Tang T own master
