庆典广场从大台阶的底部开始至行政管理楼，其间有一道水景，该水景是中心溪流的源头。溪流为南北走向，表示济宁是京杭大运河的中心点和重要部分。广场整条林荫道两边的树下设有正式座位。两边为景观草坡，带有绿墙和水幕，形成中心广场的大门。Celebration Plaza(North)The Celebration Plaza starts at the base of the grand stairs to the administration building with a water feature which is the source for a central rill.The Rill runs on a north-south alignment to represent Jining as the centre point and capital of the a place of contemplation about who we are and the importance of our relationship to people,nature and heaven.六根雕刻柱表示人、天堂与自然之间的和谐并设计成四根结构柱，用于主要节日和季节性活动期间广场上的高压/悬浮灯。冥想广场 Plaza of Self Awareness Six sculptural columns represent harmony between people,heaven&nature and are designed as structural posts for tensioned/suspended light features over the plaza during major festivals and seasonal create an oval which features a dry fountain for summer and to be used as an ice skating rink in winter.It also faces two large integrated LED visual audio displays for broadcasting events,film and central plaza are four large sculptural landforms housing kiosks for caf bars,refreshments and food.These provide seating terraces at plaza level and on top to maximize views over the plaza and 市民广场南侧的喷泉广场设计用于延长朝向北湖湾的正街景及街道。到达湖之前，采用高架反射水塘形成静水，以使能对湖进行无穷大摄影并进行大喷泉显示。广场两侧均为带绿墙的观景草坡以及象征至中央广场通道的小瀑布。在广场末端，大阶梯向下引至水边，形成至水的通道以及非正式的坐人处。Fountain Plaza to the south of the Civic Plaza is designed to extend the formal vista and avenue towards North Lake Bay.Before reaching the lake a raised reflective pool creates a calm water feature to enable infinity photography of the lake and grand fountain display.On either side of the plaza are sculptural landforms with green walls and a water cascade symbolizing the gateway to the central plaza.At the end of the plaza grand stairs lead down to the Grand Steps The need for shade!We witnessed the way people of Jining used existing Civic spaces regularly where shade is provided in summer months.This became a design driver for the type of space we created at North Lake Bay Park to ensure we provide a space that reflects local culture and provides comfort to users throughout the seasons.4.2.6 圆形草地剧场圆形草地剧场 Grass Amphitheatre 市民广场 Civic Plaza Concept 市政广场既是广场又是公园，既是轴线又是中心，体现了转变的概念。设计通过一系列同心圆隐喻了人类的繁荣。同心圆从中心向外代表了自我、家庭、社区、社会、国家和世界。在每个“圆”中创造隐喻的景观。在“国家”这层圆中标示出沿大运河的城市的名字，济宁位于中间代表了它在大运河的中心位置。In conjunction with“The Turn”concept the main Civic Plaza is both Park and Plaza,axis and centre point.The design is a metaphor of human flourishing with a series of concentric circles representing self(centre point),family,community,society,nation,world and cosmos(outer circle).Within each circle gardens and plazas create local,international and universal appeal.Within the National circle the names of all cities on the Grand Canal are created with a north-south axis running through the centre(Jining).It is a rich and diverse Civic Plaza representing cultural background yet portraying the vision of a
