DemandPlanningSupervisor需求计划主管工作职责与职位要求职位描述: 工作职责: o High capability to collect massive data, patient on dealing with data, excellent skills in excel to analyze data. o Understand forecasting theory & methodology, apply statistical technique to forecast. o Commercial intelligence about market, promotions and events. o Good communication skill, team work and cross-function operation. o Very data mining and analysis skill, number sensitive. o Doer, good execution and focus on detail. o English as working language 职位要求: o Conduct statistical forecast as per sales history and distributor Stock data. o Analyse and quantify actual promotions & events impact. o Cross-function collaboration with Marketing and Sales in HQ and BUs to align demand plan. o Play key role to lead demand alignment with BU GMs in S&OP loop. o KPI reporting such as weekly /monthly forecast accuracy, bias, etc. o Business owner to improve forecast accuracy and demand process efficiency for defined BUs. o Develop and adjust statistical parameters to improve FA. o Participate projects to enhance demand planning system o College education, marketing, statistics, applied mathematics is preferred o Minimum three years sales/marketing/demand planning experience. o High computing skills, mainly Excel, experience in demand planning tool is a MUST 篇2:Field Support Supervisor 现场支持主管工作职责与职位要求 职位描述: Mobility is the goal - Help KGs to solve different kinds of troubles. - Site visit and check for new hot issues, and implement the corrective actions. - Take installation skills training to KGs. - Help KGs to solve different kinds of troubles, if KG raised site supports requests. - Train the installation skills to KGs. - Site visit and check the site status for hot issues. - Implement the corrective actions on site for FI and LPCA. - Summary all the findings in site visit and raise visit report. - Verify the corrective actions on site after corrective actions have implemented in shop floor. Mobility needs you - Education: Engineering (Mechanical preferred) - Proven experience in escalator technology - Willing to travel in China and Asia Pacific KGs (up to 70% of work time) - Full experience in escalators/moving walks installation and test run - Able to analyze problems - Willing to learn new technologies and skills - Good command of English (necessary for AP-KGs support and reporting) - Certificates proving experience in the escalator field - Proven experience in escalator technology and documentation Interested?
