LTMC 系列除尘器操作规程Operating Instruction for LTMC Series Dust Filter一、安装及调试 Installation and Debugging1、设备安装 Installation（1） 为便于运输，设备均按汽车发运条件进展解体发运交货其构造只刷防锈漆，面漆由用户负责托付安装单位涂刷。需方收到设备后，先按设备清单，检查是否缺件，然后检查在运输过程中是否有损坏，对运输过程造成损坏应准时修复。同时对到货设备做好防损防窃等保管工作。Fortheconvenienceoftransportation,allequipmentsweredisassembledand delivered according to the bus transport conditions (the structure only paint in anti-rust paint, the customer could entrust the installation unit to paint the finishing coat). When the buyer received the equipment, firstly, check if there are missing components according to the equipment list, then, check if there is damage in the process of transport, repair the damaged parts in time. At the same time, protect the equipments well against damage and theft.（2） 对传动机构、装置进展特地检查，开头试转前对转动或滑动局部，要涂以润滑油，减速机箱内要注入润滑油，使机件正常动作。Make special inspection for the drive mechanism and device. Lubricate the rotating or slide part before preliminary operation; Pour the lubricating oil into the cabinet of reducer, so the mechanical parts could run normally.（3） 安装设备前应对根底进展校对，合格后才能进入安装工作。安装工作应严格按图纸要求进展，一般由下而上，先把下部的部件包括支架、灰斗等安装妥当，支架、灰斗固定后再吊装中箱件及上箱体、然后再安装气包及配管以及电气信号系统。袋笼及滤袋必需在和尘器安装质量全机检查合格后，才能安装，而且应在供方现场指导人员的指导下进展安装， 确保安装质量。Check the foundation before install the equipment,begin to install after it meets the standard. Make installation according to the requirements of drawing strictly. Generally, install the equipment from bottom to up, firstly, install and fix the parts at bottom, such as support, ash hopper well, then hoisting the mediumbox and upper case, finally, install the air manifold, piping and electric signal system. In order to guarantee the installation quality,the bag cage and filter bag must be installed after finish the inspection for the installation quality of whole machine, and must be guided on-spot by mentors from the seller.（4） 安装压缩空气管路时，管道内要除去污物防止堵塞，安装后要先清洗管路再进展试压，将减压阀调至规定压力。When install the compressed air line, clean out the dirt in the pipe for avoiding block; after finish the installation, clean thepipes firstly, then make pressure test and adjust the reducing valve to the authorized pressure.（5） 按清灰把握器或把握柜的接线要求安装电源及把握线路，然后进展整机试车。Installthepowerandcontrolwiringaccordingtorequirementsofconnectionof ash-cleaning controller or control cabinet, then make finished machine testing.（6） 由于技术的不断进步，所以本说明书所注的尺寸如与实物稍有差异，恕不再另行说明。Forgive us no further instruction for the difference between the real object and listed size on this instruction because of the advancing technology.2、设备调试 Debugging1除尘器本体局部： Body of dust filter在设备安装完后，应将袋室、进气室、灰斗等部件内的杂物去除干净，检查各传动零部件是否灵敏，并注以相应的润滑剂。After finish the installation, clean out the sundries in the baghouse, intake chamber and ashhooper, check if each transmission parts is flexible or not, and oil proper lubricant.检查各滤筒捆扎是否完好，滤筒应拉紧、挂直、入孔口是否严密。如不严密，需整形或更换密封填料。Check if each filter cylinder packed well or not and the intake hole tight or not. The filtercylinder should strain and hang in straight. If it is not tight, truing it or change sealing filler.检查各仪器与除尘器各电气执行元件的接线是否正确。全部检查完毕后可以按如下程序调试试车。Check if the connection between each instrument and each electric executecomponent is correct or not. Make test run according to the following procedure after finish all inspection.·接通压缩空气，检查压缩空气各管道接头、截止阀、滤气器、调压器、油雾器、电磁阀、气缸等气动元件安装是否严密。然后闭合电气把握装置开关，向电磁阀输出动作信号， 检查各气动元件是否正常工作。3Connect the compressed air, check if the installation of pneumatic components, such as each conduit joint, cut-off valve, air filter, voltage regulator, oil mist filter, magnetic valve and cylinder tight or not, then close up the switch of electric control system, supply actuating signal to magnetic valve, check if each pneumatic component is in proper working order.·启动主风机，留意观看除尘器空载运行的工作状况。Startup the main air blower, and observe the status of no-load run of dust filter carefully.·逐室检查脉冲清灰的状况，确定清灰效果良好。Check the status of pulse ash-cleaning room by room and ensure the good ash-cleaning result.·在进出风口总管路上测定风量、风速、阻力等数据，以便与设计数据比较。Measure air volume, air velocity and resistance at air inlet and outlet of main pipeline, so as to compare with the design data.·除尘器开头负载运行，应让灰尘渐渐积聚在滤袋外表一段时间后，待筒内外压差大于 100mm 水柱以后再开动清灰装置，进展脉冲清灰。经过一段时间后，可以将反复试验所得最正确效果的把握参数，固定在微机数据库内，实现正常把握。When the dust filter begins load running, after the dust accumulated on the surface of filter cylinder for a period, when the pressure difference between inside and outside of cylinder is large than 100mm, startup the ash-cleaning device for pulse ash-cleaning. After a period, keep the control parameter withbest result through many times experiments in the data base of computer, so it could be controlled normally.2电控局部 Electrical control在检查连结线路、仪表无误后，调整报警器得上限报警值后，接通电源，用手动操作，使各部件工作正常后，可依据除尘器的风量、粉尘状况浓度、干湿度选定清灰程序应依据设备最初调试时的各项技术参数及理论与阅历，选择最正确程序把握，实现袋除尘清灰的微机自动把握操作。After finish the inspection for connecting line and instrument, and they are found correct, regulate the upper limit alarm value of warner, connect the power, operate the machine manually. After each component runs normally, select ash-cleaning procedure (Select the bestproceduretocontrolaccordingtodifferenttechnicalparameters,theoryand experience at primary debugging of equipment) according to the air volume of dust filter and status of dust (Concentration, dry and wet degree), so micro-computer automaticcontrol for cylinder dust collecting and ash cleaning realized.接通气源开启电控装置23 周期后开启清灰装置清灰完毕空载降压启动引风机翻开风门工艺系统停顿后保持除尘器和引风机工作一段时间除尘器正常工作状态渐渐增加引风机负载电磁阀工作 23关闭引风机周期后关闭清灰装置关闭电控装置切断气源电磁阀、气缸工作period除尘器工作流程图Workflow Diagram for Dust Filter接通气源 Connect air source开启电控装置 Startup the electric control unit电磁阀工作 23 周期后After the magnetic valve works for 2-3 periods 开启清灰装置 Startup the ash-cleaning device 清灰完毕 Finish ash-cleaning空载降压启动引风机 No-load and reduction voltage Startup induced draft fan翻开风门 Open air valve渐渐增加引风机负载 Increase the load of induced draft fan gradually除尘器正常工作状态 Dust filter has normal working condition工艺系统停顿后 After stop the technology system保持除尘器和引风机工作一段时间 Retain the dust filter and induced draft fan to work for a关闭引风机 Close induced draft fan电磁阀工作 23 周期后After the magnetic valve works for 2-3 periods关闭清灰装置 Close the ash-cleaning device 关闭电控装置 Close the electric control device 切断气源 Cut-offair source二、维护和检修 Maintenance and overhauling1、日常维护 Daily maintenance（1） 设备运行中，应设专人进展治理，并作好工作记录。When the equipment is in motion, full-time personnel manage it and make operating log well.（2） 治理人员应生疏除尘器的原理、性能、使用条件，并把握调整合维护方法。Management staff should be familiar with the principle, performance and service conditions of dust filter and grasp the adjustment and maintenance method.（3） 储气罐、气源三联体中的气水分别器应每班排污一次，同时气水分别器应每隔36 个月清洗一次，油雾器应常常检查存油状况，准时加油。Get rid of waste of gas-water separator of air tank and air source once per shift, clean the gas-water separator once every 36 months. You should often check the oil storage status of oil mist filter and add oil in time.（4） 电磁脉冲阀如发生故障，应准时排解，如内部有杂质、水分，应进展清理，如膜片损坏应准时更换。If electromagnetic pulse valve went wrong, remove it in time. If there are impurity and moisture in it, clean it; if the diaphragm damaged, change it in time.（5） 使用定时式清灰把握器的，应定期测定清灰周期是否准确，否则应进展调整。如使用定压式清灰把握器，应定时检查压力开关的工作状况，测压口是否堵塞，并进展清理。Use the timing ash-cleaning controller to measure if the ash-cleaning period is correct or not at fixed period, otherwise adjust it. If you use constant pressure ash-cleaning controller, check the working status of pressure switch at regular time and measure if the pressure port blocked or not and clean it.（6） 全部检修入孔门上的密封条如有损坏或老化，应准时进展更换。Make full inspection for sealing bar of access door if they are damaged or aging, change them in time.（7） 定期测定工艺参数，如烟气量、温度、浓度等，觉察特别，应查找缘由并准时处理。Determiningtheprocessparameters,suchasamountoffluegas,temperatureand concentration etc at regular period, if they are found to be abnormal, ask for reasons and handle it in time.（8） 定期检查气路系统，排灰系统工作状况，觉察特别应准时排解。Check the working status of pneumatic system and ash-cleaning system at regular period, remove the abnormal phenomenon in time.（9） 开机时，先接通压缩空气至储气罐，接通把握器电源，启动排灰装置，假设系统中还有其他设备，应先启动下游设备。When the machine starts, connect the compressed air to air tank, connect the power of controller, startup ash-cleaning device; if there are other equipments in the system, startup the lower reach equipment firstly.（10） 停机时，在工艺系统停顿之后，应保持除尘器和引风机连续工作一段时间，以除去设备内的潮气和粉尘，必需留意的是，在除尘器停顿工作时，必需反复对除尘器进展清灰操作可用手动清灰将滤袋上的粉尘除掉，以防止潮气影响而糊堵滤筒。When the machine stops, for cleaning away the humidity and dust in the equipment, make the dust filter and induced draft fan to work continuously for a period after the process system stopped. You must pay attention to make ash-cleaning operation repeating (manual ash-cleaning could be used) for dust filter, clean away the dust of filter bag, for avoiding the influence of moisture and filter cylinder blocked.2、可能发生的故障及排解方法 Possible failure and debugging故障特征Fault运行阻力大Running resistance is big故障缘由 Reasons烟气结露粉尘糊堵滤筒flue gas condensation and dust blocked the filter cylinder脉冲阀不工作The pulse valve doesn”t work脉冲阀工作时提升阀未关闭The lift valve doesn”t close when pulse valve runs压缩气源压力太低The pressure of compressed air source is too low一个或多个提升阀处于关闭状态One or many lift valves are in排解方法Debugging堵塞漏风，提高烟气温度Block the ventilation leakage, raise the temperature of flue gas 清理或更换脉冲阀Clean or change pulse valve检查提升阀或清灰把握器Check the lift valve or ash-cleaning controller检查气路系统及空气压缩机Check Pneumatic system and air compressor检查提升阀或清灰把握器Check the lift valve or运行阻力小Running resistance is small脉冲阀不工作The pulse valve doesn”t workclosing state工艺系统不工作The process system doesn”t work滤袋破损Breakage of filter bag测压装置失灵Pressure testing device is not work电源断电或清灰把握器失灵Power cut-off or ash-cleaning controller is not work脉冲阀内有杂物There are sundries in the pulse valve电磁阀线圈烧坏Magnetic valve coil burn ot压缩空气压力太低The pressure of compressed air is too lowash-cleaning controller恢复工作Resume work 更换或修补滤袋Change or repair filter bag更换或修理测压装置Change or repair pressure testing device恢复供电，修理清灰把握器Restore power, clean the ash-cleaning controller认真清理脉冲阀Clean the pulse valve carefully更换电磁阀Change magnetic valve 检查气路系统及压缩机Check the Pneumatic system and compressor提升阀不工作The lift valve doesn”t work缘由及排解方法同脉冲阀The reason and debugging method are same with the pulse valve.留意：当除尘器消灭特别故障或除尘器实际工作条件与原设计条件有较大差异时，请及时与我公司联系，以取得解决方法。Attention: When the dust filter has special trouble or there are big difference between actual working conditions and original design conditions, contact our company in time for the terms of settlement.三、留意事项 Points for attention1、设备运行前，请具体阅读使用说明书和操作规程，正确把握操作和维护学问。Please read the Operation Manual and Operating Instruction carefully and graspthe correct operating and maintenance knowledge before the machine was in motion.2、除尘器要设专人操作和检修。全面把握除尘器性能和构造，觉察问题准时处理，确保除尘系统正常运转。Specially-assigned person is responsible for the operation and maintenance of dust filter. Grasp the performance and structure of dust filter completely, discover the problems and handle them for ensuring the normal running of dust removing system.3、运转部位定期注油。Oil the running part at regular period.4、觉察排出口含尘浓度增大，说明已有滤袋破漏，检修时，应先停风机或关闭单室的进、出风阀门，然后翻开上盖，如筒口处有积灰，则说明该滤筒已破损，须更换。The dust concentration of discharge port represents the leak on the filter bag. When check that, stop the fan or close the air intake and outtake valves of single room firstly, then open the upper cover. If there are accumulated ash at the cylinder mouth, which means the leak of filter cylinder, change it.5、除尘器阻力一般在 1200Pa1700Pa，清灰周期可依据阻力状况用把握器的调整旋钮进展调整。Theresistanceofdustfilteris1200Pa1700Pa.Theash-cleaningperiodcouldbe adjusted by the adjusting knob of controller according to the status of resistance.6、压缩空气系统的过滤器要定时排污，气包的最低点的排水阀要定期放水。The filter ofcompressed air system should be cleaned at regular time. Thelowest drain valve of air manifold should discharge at regular period.7、把握阀要由专业人员检修，定期对电磁阀和电磁脉冲阀进展检查。Thecontrolvalveshouldbecheckedandrepairedbyprofessionalstaff.Check theelectromagnetic valve and electromagnetic pulse valve at regular period.8、设备主要部件，如非我公司供给专用配件，消灭问题，概不负责。For the main components of equipment, if they are not provided by our company, we are not responsible for the defective parts.
