客服售后服务经理岗位职责售后客服服务经理 成都清渟科技有限公司 成都清渟科技有限公司,清渟科技,清渟 岗位职责: 1、负责搭建售后服务体系,制定工程服务制度和流程,完善客户常见问题反馈、优化流程,提升优化客户服务质量,达成业务指标; 2、制定工程服务标准、工程售后培训方案并组织落实,通过对售后人员的工作组织和技能指导,不断提高团队人员的业务技能; 3、负责处理公司重大投诉,保证售后服务质量,对消费者满意度进行跟踪及分析,提升平台客户满意度; 4、完成上级支配的其他相关工作 。 任职要求: 1、中专及以上学历,3年以上售后及客服团队管理阅历,有净水设备、家具、家电行业售后相关阅历者优先; 2、生疏售后客服运作流程,通过优化流程,KPI达成,提升客户服务质量; 3、较强的方案统筹力气、沟通协调力气、客户投诉处理力气; 4、具备较强的责任心及团队合作精神,较好的方案、把握、协调力气和应变力气。 5、抗压力气强,做事认真负责,具有良好的团队精神及服务意识。 篇2:产品售后主管岗位职责售后产品主管 Ensure the timely update of time unit and labor cost. Renew of maintenance intervals according to manuals. § Responsible for the interface between supplier and Porsche dealerships based on the demand for Porsche China local products strategy and secure turnover and business. § Development of the potential market share and product functionalities to increase customer offers/take rates at Porsche dealers. § Generate reports dealer on-time confirmation.
