Planning survey (including as-built topographic mapping, plan position test, height test)(1 ) 1:500比例尺规划竣工地形图测绘(1) 1:500 scale topographic mapping of completed plans综合测绘服务费按照测绘成果验收合格后的实际测绘工作量结算。The service fee for comprehensive surveying and mapping is settled in accordance with the actual surveying and mapping workload upon the results acceptance thereof.第九条成果验收Article 9 Acceptance of the achievements乙方按规定提交测绘成果后，甲方应当在一日内组织验收或提交有关 审批部门进行审核，逾期未组织验收或提交审核视作验收通过。Party A shall, upon Party B' s submission of the surveying and mapping results in accordance with the provisions, organize acceptance or submit to the relevant approval authority forreview within days; failure to organize acceptance or submitto audit overdue shall be deemed as being accepted.(二)双方义务(2) Obligations of the parties1 .甲方义务1. Party A' s obligations(1)合同签订生效后日内内向乙方提供综合测绘所需基础资料；(1) Shall, withindays upon the contract' s entry into force,provide Party B with the basic information required for comprehensive surveying and mapping.(2)甲方在施工现场满足响应阶段的测绘进场要求后，及时通知乙方 进场作业。(2) Party A will, upon satisfaction of the surveying and mapping entry requirements in the response phase at the construction site, notify Party B to enter the site without any delay for the operation.(3)保证乙方测绘人员顺利进场作业，并提供必要的生产安全保障条 件；(3) To ensure the smooth entry of Party B's personnel for surveying and mapping and to provide the conditions of necessary production safety and security;2 .乙方义务3 . Party B' s obligations(1)当甲方已提供测绘所需的资料，且施工现场满足相应阶段的测绘 进场要求后，按甲方通知的日期组织测绘人员进场作业；(1) Shall, upon Party A' s provision of the information required for surveying & mapping and satisfaction of the entryrequirements of surveying and mapping for the corresponding phase, organize the surveying and mapping personnel to enter the site as the date notified by Party A;(2)按时完成测绘任务并向甲方提交合格的测绘成果；(2) To complete the tasks of surveying and mapping on time and submit the qualified surveying and mapping results to Party A;(3)乙方确保测绘过程及成果不侵犯第三方合法权益；(3) Party B ensures that the no process and results of the surveying & mapping will infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties;(4)乙方保证其测绘人员具备法律法规规定的执业资格条件、测绘作 业证件，进场作业前一日应当向甲方提交相关工作人员资质证书。(4) Party B shall ensure that its personnel of surveying and mapping have the conditions of practice qualifications and the certificates of surveying & mapping operation, which stipulated
