The first period (第一课时)Part A Let's talk & Draw and say内容分析本课是PEP小学英语三年级起点第二册Unit3第一课时。在Lefs talk部分, Miss White带着学生们在动物园参观动物,Zhang Peng和Amy观察了长颈鹿和 熊,并描述了它们的特征,由此引出本课时的重点词汇:tall, short, fat, giraffe, 以及描述动物特征的句式:It's so talL在Draw and say的练习活动中,John和Chen Jie分别画了一个动物,并用Is.句式来描述。以此为范例,希望学生可以画出 自己的动物并进行描述。课时目标知识与能力(1)通过观察、谈论Let' s talk板块的图片,能够在PPT和教师的帮助下理 解对话大意。(2)能够在实际情景中恰当运用句型“Look at” “It' s (so)”来介绍 动物或者身边的物品。(3)能够听懂、会说新单词“tall, short, fat”,并恰当地运用它们来介绍动物。(4)能够画出自己喜爱的动物,并用句型“Look atIt' s (so)”来描述 其特点。过程与方法首先,播放动物园各种动物的视频,带领学生复习关于动物的单词,让学生为 新课的学习做好知识储备。再利用图片呈现教学内容,并以肢体动作加以辅助,学 生可以直观而清楚地感知新授词汇的含义,加深印象。其次,和学生一起观看视频,让学生在视频原声中感受英语的魅力。再播放 录音,让学生听录音跟读。引导学生按照正确的语音、语调及意群朗读对话,并能在 小组中进行角色表演。利用多种游戏,让学生操练句型,创设真实的情景,让学生在 情境中运用所学知识,达到学以致用的目的。活动源于课本,又与实际紧密结合,培 养学生的语言综合运用能力。最后,通过动手画画和语言表达相结合,帮助学生巩固记忆动物单词以及描 述动物特征的句型。情感态度价值观适时渗透情感态度、价值观的教育,告诉学生要爱护动物。教学重难点教学重点能够听懂、会说新单词和会用句型“Look at” “It,s (so)”来介绍动物。教学难点能够正确使用本课句型描述和介绍物品,了解和正确使用形容词。教学准备教学课件、课文录音、视频、单词卡片等。教学媒体选择多媒体,录音。教学活动1 .唱歌2 .游戏3 .观看视频教学过程Step 1: Warm-up & Revision & Lead-in1.
