In the basic theory part, it mainly introduces the cause and background of the environmental problem, the research object and the research content of the environmental law. In the general part of the environmental law, it mainly introduces the definition and characteristics of environmental law, the subject and rights and obligations of environmental law, The basic principles of the law and the basic system and so on; and in the environmental law on the part of the introduction of pollution control law, ecological protection law, international environmental law and environmental liability and so on.Through the study of this course, students are required to understand the causes of environmental problems and their solutions from a legal point of view, understand the environmental rights and obligations of different subjects and the main environmental legal system, the relevant content of international environmental law, to different types of Environmental legal responsibility, and to compare the similarities and differences with the relevant types of legal liability.
