Lesson 17 What Do You Like to Do教学目标知识目标:    1.能听懂、认读、会说短语:fly kites, play ping-pong, play with the toys, play computer games。    2.能认读、理解并灵活运用句型:     -What do you like to do?     -I like to _ .    3.能了解字母组合ar,ou,ow和ass在单词中的发音规则。能力目标:    能灵活运用句型“What do you like to do? ”来询问他人喜欢做的事情,及用“I like to _ .”回答、谈论自己的喜好,培养学生的语言交际能力。情感目标:    激发学生学习英语的情趣。教育学生More for playing sports . Less for playing computer games,培养学生良好的生活习惯。学情分析    四年级的学生经过一年的学习,有了一定的英语学习基础,大多数学生产生了浓厚的英语学习兴趣,学生在观察能力、思维能力、语言表达能力方面都有了较好的提高,有着强烈的好奇心与动手操作的能力。他们喜欢在玩中学、做中学、想中学及用中学。对周边的事物产生着浓厚的兴趣,有着强烈的学习愿望。重点难点教学重点:    认读并运用短语:fly kites, play ping-pong, play with the toys, play computer games和句型What do you like to do? I like to _ .灵活自由会话。教学难点:    认读并了解字母组合的发音规则和第三人称单数的语法渗透。教学过程教学活动【导入】Step1Warmingup1.Free talk.    进行日常口语会话,拉近师生距离。2.Play a game.    通过“I say you do.”和“I do you say.”的游戏,让学生在动一动,说一说的过程中复习已学过的短语为后面口语交际做好铺垫。3.Sing a song.      Well begun, half down.良好的开端等于成功的一半。让学生看大屏幕一起跟唱歌曲“What do you like to do?” ,在轻松的音乐声中步入课堂,使他们的听觉、视觉、思维都进入英语的状态。 活动2【导入】Step2LeadinginT:I like to sing a song .What do you like to do? OK ,today lets  learn “Lesson17 What do you like to do?”引入新课。【讲授】Step3Presentation1.短语和句型的呈现。    运用实物、肢体语言及多媒体课件等多种行式引出本课短语,运用多种操练形式,让学生动起来,融入动脑、动口、动手到英语学习中,做到词不离句,句不离篇。2.呈现第三人单数。    I   like  to play computer games.    She  likes to play computer games.    I   like  to read a book.    Li Ming likes to read a book.Thinking: 运用幻灯片清晰明了的引导学生了解主语是第三人称单数的情况下 like的变化,并通过拓展练习,加深学生的影响。3.Let's chant!    T: All of you did good job! Lets chant together!    T and Ss:    What do you like to do?    I like to fly kites.    What do you like to do?    I like to play ping-pong.    What does he like to do?    He likes to read books.    What does she like to do?    She likes to play with the toys.Thinking: 孩子们借助教师自编的儿歌加深了重点句型的记忆,熟练了口语,过边做动作边吟唱歌瑶,调动学生积极性,活跃课堂气氛,为后面的练习打下良好的基础。【练习】Step4PracticeTalk about“-What do you like to do? -I like to _ .”in pairs.Thinking:让学生根据短语提示同桌两人运用本课重点句型进行问答练习,进一步操练、巩固重点句型。【讲授】Step5Learnthetext.T: Do you want to know“What does Jenny/Danny/Steven/Kim like to do?”Ss: Yes.T:OK,lets learn the text.(1)Listen to the tape.(2)Read the text after the tape.(3) Read the text freely with the questions.(4). Talk about and answer the questions in groups.(5).Check together.Thinking: 通过听录音及跟读让孩子多接触原音,锻练学生的听力,同时使学生进一步熟悉课文内容、学习新词句,初步形成正确的语音语调。之后让学生再带着问题自读课文,在小组内讨论解决问题,最后集体订正问题。这一过程,老师没有直接讲授语法,而是用心把单数第三人称的语法渗透在情景交际中,让学生先感知,再理解,最后在回答中使用。【活动】Step6Consolidationandextension. Show time.(Choose your favourite way to show what have you learned?)Thinking:学生把本课所学知识通过复述课文内容,自编对话和chant等多种形式来展示,培养了学生的综合语言运用能力。【活动】Step7Lettersandsounds.T: Boys and girls,now,lets have some fun,lets play a game.
