    Unit 4 There are seven days in a week.Lesson 19单元教学目标1本单元围绕一周内学生每天的学习和生活情况这一话题,使学生在真实情景中学习以下句型及其答语:How many days are there in a week? What are they? They're Sunday. and SaturdayI have Chinese on Tuesday. Do you have a PE class every day? When do you have PE classes?2能够听、说、认读下列三会单词:day, week, Sunday, today, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, sports, park, theme park, weekend; 能正确书写 day, Sunday, today, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, weekend等四会单词。3通过本单元的学习,培养学生热爱生活,喜欢学习的良好心理状态,让每个学生都感悟到应使生活过得天天有意义。学情分析本班学生学习热情较高,善于口语表达。经过前三个单元的学习,对How many / There be句型有所了解,但掌握不够扎实。因此在学习过程中,除了讲授新知识的同时,还要注重与旧知的连接。鼓励学生们多发现、多思考英语语言的特点,更加深刻的体会英语学习的乐趣。单元重难点:1.通过连续问答游戏,掌握以下语句:How many days are there in a week? There are. What are they? They are.2.:在句型操练中认读单词:day, week, Sunday,Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday,park,theme park和weekend。3.能够听说读写:day,week,Sunday,Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday,十个四会单词。并提醒学生注意专有名词的书写特征。4.在情境中复习旧知识:Do you like . ? How many classes do you have? 学习新的内容:I have Chinese classes on Tuesday .5.在情境中复习巩固:Do you have a PE class everyday? No, we don'tWhen do you have PE classes? We have them on .6.围绕话题What do you usually do on weekends?,帮助学生理解、运用I usually go to the theme park on Saturday 等句子。教学目标:1.To learn the four skilled words: day, Sunday2.To learn the three skilled words: Sunday, day, week3.To learn the new sentences: How many days are there in a week? There are seven.4.To learn the new  dialogue. 教学重点:1.Words: day, week, Sunday2.Sentences:How many days are there in a week? There are seven.3. Use of language.教学难点:1. Give me a quick answer.2. the first day3.Excellent教学过程:一【导入】Warm-up1. Read the title of Unit 4-a new unit, and guess what they will study (about time).2. Lets read quickly in English- to review numbers and perceive "quickly".二【讲授】Presentation1. Ask and answer. Then Give me a quick answer, please. (There are some questions for students to answer. If they have a quick and good answer, they will be excellent.)2. Practice the new sentences. -Give me a quick answer, please. -OK!3.Show the picture of the classroom(Miss liu and students). Guess, What are they talking about?   Then learn the new word: week (jeep see /i:/) 4. Look at the calendar of April, and learn Apr. 5th is a day. Spell it and make a sentence with "day"5. With the calendar, let's count "-How many days are there in a week?"                                                     -There are seven.  ( Practice in pairs.)6. the first (bird  thirty) - No.1      -What's the first day of the week?                                                       -It's Sunday.  sun+day  (Practice one by one)7.  Do you like Sundays? Why? Look at the pictures. If it's Sunday, let's play football/ play with my kite/ go to the zoo.    Then learn the chant of the textbook. 8. Listen and read Lesson 19.三【活动】Group workThere are three tasks (in two minutes). Students choose one of it.1. Just read in roles. 2. Recite and act.   3. Act out a new conversation with more sentences. Then show the task out.四【练习】PracticeWatch a video and finish the paper of test.五 【活动】Culture linkLearn about the different first days in China and some western countries. Time and tide wait for no man.六【作业】HomeworkMust-1. Copy the words and sentences in Lesson 19.            2. Make a paper of "My day"Choose- Learn more words about day
