小学英语Weather主题活动设计方案一、概述本主题为开心学英语(三年级起点)第三册(四年级)教材“Culture”部分Weather 中关于认识和介绍天气的内容。现把该主题应用于小学二年级跨越式实验班中作为一项主题 活动进行开展。主题探究的内容源自教材又在教材的基础上进行了拓展,围绕着“Weather (天气)”这个主题,从“天气预报”“比较不同地方的天气”“调查人们关于中山天气的看 法”三个方面分别设计了小组探究活动。本主题的探究学习,教师事先设计好三个活动,学生分成四人小组,通过自主学习、协 作学习、收集资料,然后进行制作手工画、进行问卷调查等活动。力求在深刻掌握课本知识 的同时培养学生学习英语的兴趣,提高学生的信息素养,自主学习及与他人合作协作的能力。二、学习目标分析(-)知识与技能1. 了解天气的各种类型,如:typhoon, lightning, storm, thunder, rainy, cloudy, sunny2. 了解世界各地(要有气候的代表性)的气候特征3. 学习询问和回答天气情况的语句,并能用英语做天气报告4. 了解中山的人们(教师、朋友、家人)在不同的季节里喜欢穿什么类型的衣服(二)过程与方法1 .通过查阅关于天气的资源,学习询问和回答天气情况的语句。初步学会根据收集到 的资源,通过整理、自主学习、合作探究得出汇报结果。2 .通过小组协作探究,培养问题解决的能力,自主学习能力和协作学习能力,同时提 高信息素养。3 .通过演讲和作品展览,表达自己对某一类天气的看法(喜欢或不喜欢,为什么?) 以及对理想的天气进行描绘。4 .通过引导学生用英语询问身边的人喜欢哪一类型的天气和在不同季节喜欢穿什么 衣服,培养学生用英语进行交流的能力,培养良好的英语习惯。(三)情感、态度与价值观1 .通过专题的一系列活动,让学生学会感受天气的变化,学会关心别人(如:天冷时 提醒身边的人加衣服)。2 .通过小组活动,培养团结协助的精神。三、学习者特征分析该主题探究的学习者为广东省中山市实验小学二年级跨越式实验班的学生。该班是非网)5.My home is near thepost office.A. I' m from 另外,据调查,大部分学生有看天气预报的习惯,对于本专题的开展打下基础。四、教学策略课堂讲授策略:通过课堂的常规教学让学生掌握有关天气的英语单词和句子。自主学习策略:教师让学生通过借阅英语杂志、报纸、书籍、网络等搜索关于天气的名 称、种类、询问天气的句子。让学生利用课余时间用英语访问身边的老师、朋友各喜欢什么 类型的天气以及在不同的季节喜欢穿什么衣服等。协作学习策略:教师让学生小组合作进行天气预报、调查访问等。评价激趣和调控策略:教师事先围绕天气的主题设计三个并列的活动,学生根据各自的 爱好分成小组协作进行探究,当然教师在这过程中要做好指导、协调和管理工作,各个小组 在组内进行英语演讲竞赛,最后,每个小组推选出一位最优秀的同学参加班的公开竞赛。汇 报时由教师和学生根据评价量表对参赛的同学表现进行评价。(五)学习任务分析任务1:天气预报(通过记录电视天气预报的信息,学习天气预报的方法,小组合作预 报某一个地方一周的天气状况)任务2:比较不同地方的天气(学习天气的表达方法,通过查阅资料之后绘制不同地方 的图画,并在展示窗进行展示)任务3:调查人们关于中山天气的看法(调查身边的人对不同天气的喜好,用英语汇报 调查的结果)(六)学习资源令 为本单元学习而设计的课件weather。令 英语报刊、杂志、书籍、画册、录音磁带、光盘。令电视中的天气预报。令关于天气的图片。(七)实施过程本主题共有三个活动。但在所有的活动开展之前,需要集体学习关于天气的常用的词汇、 句型、表达方法等等。在掌握了基本的知识之后再分头开展活动。天气预报AimsStudents' activitiesTeachers activitiesAchieveme ntAppra ise1.通过看电 视频道记录 天气情况, 让学生联系1.
