Einsele, 2000, Sedimentary Basins, Berlin: Springer一、课程简介本课程以英语和汉语双语结合授课,详细阐述了沉积盆地的分类系统,并重点介绍了裂 谷盆地、大陆边缘盆地、陆内坳陷盆地、与岛弧相关盆地等8种沉积盆地的构造背景,沉积 特征以及演化历史。沉积盆地与油气和煤的生成关系密切,本课程对与油气密切相关的煌源 岩、干酪根、生燃潜力、油气的生成和运移,以及主要的成藏有利区带等基本内容进行了具 体讲解,对煤的保存条件,成煤过程、煤的成分变化与分类等亦进行相关介绍。通过本课程 学习,加强学生对石油地质专业知识的理解,提高英语阅读及写作方面能力,初步具备听、 说、写、译和开展国际交流的基本素质。This lecture is mainly given in English. The lecture is compose of four parts, types of sedimentary basins, basin evolution, diagenesis and fluid flow, and volcaniclastic sediments. Based on the tectonic settings, the basins are classified as eight concrete basin types, including rift basin, basin on continental margin, intra-continental sag basin, trench-arc related basin, remnant and foreland basin, collision related basin, and put-apart basin. The detailed features of tectonic setting, sedimentary characteristics, and basins evolution are described. Most of hydrocarbon and coal are closely related to sedimentary basins. This lecture briefly introduced geological information of source rocks, kerogen, hydrocarbon generation, migration and hydrocarbon habitats, and the evolution of coal is also mentioned. Following this lecture, the undergraduate students will promote the ability of reading and writing of petroleum geological document in English.二、课程目标及其与相关毕业要求指标点的对应关系油气盆地地质学(英语)是资源勘查工程专业(油气)的学科基础必修课程,在培 养具有国际化视野及工作能力的石油地质人才中起着重要支撑作用。学生通过本课程的学习,将到达以下课程目标:(1)理解并掌握基于构造发育背景的盆地分类方案,熟悉不同类型盆地的构造发育史 及沉积充填特征,明确不同类型盆地的油气前景。(2)掌握2000-3000个主要的石油地质专业词汇,能够阅读理解专业英文论著,为与 国内外石油地质专业人士交流奠定基础。三、教学方法基本要求1 .教学过程中重视课程基础知识的讲授,对课程中涉及的主要概念及其地质含义进行 清晰阐述,密切结合具体盆地实例,加深学生对不同构造背景下的盆地发育充填过程及其石 油地质意义的理解。2 .教学过程中以英语授课为主,中英结合,循序渐进。通过阶段性的专业词汇测试, 增加学生的专业词汇量,通过具体盆地实例的石油地质特征刻画,强化学生对相关专业问题 用英语进行解释表达的能力。四、理论教学各章节内容及学时分配Basin Classification and Depositional Environments: (8 hours)(1) Introduction (2 hours)(2) Tectonic basin classification (4 hours)(3) Basin morphology and depositional environments (2 hours):Basin Evolution and Sediments (28 hours)(1) Rift basins (6 hours)(2) Continental margin and slope basins (4 hours)(3) Mega-rifting and Mesozoic sediments in Europe (4 hours)(4) Intercontinental sag basins (2 hours)(5) Deep sea trenches, forearc, backarc, and retroarc basins (6 hours)(6) Remnant and foreland basins (2 hours)(7) Collision-related basins (2 hours)(8) Pull-apart basins (2 hours)Part ID: Hydrocarbon and coal (6 hours)(1) Source rocks, kerogen types, and hydrocarbon potential (2 hours)(2) Generation and migration of hydrocarbon (2 hours)(3) Evolution of coal (2 hours)Part IV: Volcaniclastic sediments (6 hours)(1) General aspects of tephra (2 hours)(2) Volcaniclastic sediments in various basin settings (2 hours)(3) Diagenesis of Volcaniclastic rocks (2 hours)五、实验本课程无实验内容六、考核方式:本门课程考核方式采用期末理论考试和平时考核相结合的考核方式。期末理论课考核采 用闭卷笔试方式,占总成绩的70% ;平时考核随堂测试占总成绩的30%。平时成绩主要基于三次单词测验。三次单词测验覆盖本课程中所有专业词汇,每次测试 随机抽取200个单词,利用45分钟的时间进行闭卷考试。参考学生出勤情况、课堂互动情 况,进行平时成绩的综合评定。期末考试采用闭卷笔试方式进行,考试时间120分钟,卷面总分值100分。重点考核学 生对基本概念、基本知识和基本理论的掌握程度。试卷全部用英文完成答题,对学生运用英 语进行石油地质专业问题的分析解释能力进行综合评定。七、审核人单玄龙教授学院审定程序说明在课程组讨论基础上,执笔人编写大纲,审核人及教研室审核后提出修改建议,课程组 再次讨论,执笔人进行修改后,提交学院教学委员会审定定稿。
