1、栝楼丛生芽快繁体系的建立 摘要:利用栝楼的嫩芽作为外植体,进行离体组织培育,通过正交试验选择最适pH值和激素浓度,筛选出栝楼丛生芽的最适诱导培育基。结果表明,消毒时间为3 min时外植体损伤较小;pH为5.8的培育基外植体长势旺盛;3号芽诱导培育基丛生芽比较旺盛;2号生根培育基得到的根多且壮。栝楼丛生芽的快速繁殖体系为:0.1%HgCl2 溶液外植体表面消毒3 min;丛生芽诱导的最适pH为5.8;最佳芽诱导培育基为:MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA + 0.5 mg/L NAA;最佳芽生根培育基为:MS+ 0.2 mg/L NAA。 关键词:栝楼;嫩芽;组织培育;快速繁殖 中图分类号:S56

By orthogonal test, the optimum pH value, 6-BA and NAA concentrations, and the best induction medium of multiple buds were selected. The
3、 results showed that disinfecting for 3 minutes had less injury on explants. The explants grew well on the medium with pH of 5.8. The multiple buds in the third bud induction medium were vigorous. And the second rooting medium had more and stronger roots. In conclusion, the rapid propagation system
4、of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. for multiple buds induction was disinfecting explants for 3 minutes using 0.1% HgCl2;the optimum pH value was 5.8;the optimum bud induction medium was MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA; and the optimum rooting medium was MS+0.2 mg/L NAA. 5、 Maxim.; Tender bud; Tissue culture; Rapid propagation 栝楼 ,为葫芦科多年生草质藤本植物,其根、种子、果实、果皮均可入药,有化痰散结,治咳嗽、胸闷的功效,还能滑肠通便,治疗便秘13。栝楼是雌雄异株的植物,种子繁殖雌雄难辨,分根法繁殖系数较低,使良种生产发展受到肯定的限制5。利用植物组织培育法进行快速繁殖,所需材料少,繁殖效率高,不受季节和气候的影响,还可以节约成本、生产脱毒苗等6。现有报道大多通过愈伤诱导进行栝楼快繁,存在变异率高,所需周期长等问题79。作者通过对组培快繁条件的探究,逐步建立起栝楼的丛生芽诱导体系,加快了栝楼无性繁殖的速度
