1、循证护理在老年骨质疏松症患者健康教育中的应用体会 摘要 目的 探究循证护理理念应用于老年骨质疏松症患者健康生活教化的效果。 方法 选择2022年2月2022年10月浙江省丽水市中心医院收治的老年OP患者90例为探讨对象,将其随机分为比照组和视察组,每组各45例。比照组赐予传统的系统教化,视察组赐予循证健康教化,对比分析两组患者OP学问、健康信念、自我效能评分。 结果 两组患者入院时各项评分比较差异无统计学意义。健康教化后两,组患者OP学问评分均明显提高,视察组阶段和终末评分均明显高于比照组、分比 、分,差异均有统计学意义;健康教育后两组患者健康信念评分均明显提高,观察组阶段和终末评分健康信念终
2、末评分均高于对照组、分比、分,差异均有统计学意义;健康教育后,两组患者自我效能评分也明显提高,观察组阶段和终末评分均明显高于对照组、分比、,差异均有统计学意义。 结论 循证护理应用于临床老年OP老年患者的健康教育中效果满意,能极大程度提高其对OP的认识,提升健康信念和自我效能,改善其生活质量,值得在临床实践中广泛的推广和应用。 关键词 循证护理;老年;骨质疏松症;健康教化 中图分类号 R681 文献标识码 C 文章编号 1673-731002-0103-03 Application experience of evidence-based nursing in life education o

Key words Evidence-based nursing; Elderly; Osteoporosis; Health education 随着我国老龄化日益严峻,骨质疏松症已跃居我国老年人常见疾病的第7位,OP及其导致的骨折严峻影响患者的生活质量,正确相识及早期预防OP具有非常重要的临床意义。但是,目前人们对OP相关学问的匮乏或者错误认知,大部分患者一样认为治疗的唯一途径为药物治疗1。虽然对OP渐渐深化的探讨,但是尚未明确其发病机制,由此,临床治疗过程中缺乏特异有效的治疗方法,因此,在临床护理中要以
11、预防为主,健康教化是目前预防OP最经济且最有效的方式。如何合理选择OP患者健康教化的方式,是提高健康教化的效果以及患者生活质量的关键环节2。本探讨对浙江省丽水市中心医院住院部2010年2月2012年10月收治的45例OP患者在循证护理基础上采纳循证健康教化,并与传统系统健康教化进行对比,效果显著,现将其结果报道如下: 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 选择2010年2月2012年10月我院收治的老年OP患者90例为探讨对象,全部患者均符合中国人骨质疏松症建议诊断标准3。患者主要的临床症状为腰痛、骨痛或全身骨痛,经过数字化X射线摄影系统检查以及骨密度测定证明为骨质疏松症。解除标准:骨折、意识障碍
