2、，在这样一支优秀的团队中，也让我成长了，进步了，在这里我要感谢公司赐予我的这个平台和机会。 所以今日我为大家演讲的题目是怀揣感恩之心、共迎钢运明天。 两年前，还一脸书生气的我，背着行囊，载着希望，踏上征程，怀着鱼游大海之志，抱着漂亮向往之梦，来到钢运。晃然间，我已不是当时那个懵懂的少女。在深厚企业文化的熏陶下，使我深深的感受到了钢运这个大家庭的关切关爱，热忱和激-情。当时载着我幻想、载着我希望的那个行囊已被钢运这个大家庭所取代。而我的那个行囊则填充溢了家人赐予的感恩的心、共进的誓，誓于钢运共进退的誓言。 “观赏和敬重、责任和极致、激-情和精进、完善和成长”。 有人说：“观赏是一门艺术，观赏是一

3、种修养和美德，是敬重他人的风度。”这不正是对我们公司厚德待人的完备诠释吗?领导敬重观赏下属，赏罚必严，同事间相互观赏和敬重，恳切相待。这不正是体现了我们钢运人的风度吗?当然，在这竞争激烈的社会，也有人感觉到了很大压力，或许我们可以主动的把它当作对社会，对公司，对大家自己的一种责任，只要尽到了这份责任，这就是我们工作的极致。激-情的注入，工作的源泉，只有激-情才会有极致，那样就是我们的精进。不断精进的我们对待工作、对待感情才会不断完善，这就是我在钢运这片沃土中成长。而观赏和敬重、责任和极致、激-情和精进、完善和成长这更是我们企业文化的主旋律。始终以来，这旋律伴我成长，犹如是在伴我跳起一支激-情成

4、长的舞曲。而你们，我敬爱的战友们，我舞曲中的舞伴们，当我在舞曲中跌跌撞撞，困难无助，失败挫折的时候，因为你们的融入，让我在挫折和失败中重拾信念，因为有了你们的倾情，让我在困难无助时充溢前进的动力，使得我在这旋律中跳得更加美丽，更富有激-情。也正因为大家的这些倾情融入，让我在工作中无不热忱，而同事恰如亲情，同行见状怎不悲情?我们就似乎一条条的小流，汇聚在钢运这片海，让小流身上的浪花翻滚，大海何不气概如虹。所以，在这么好的工作氛围中，作为钢运一员，我何不该怀揣一颗感恩之心?公司何不是共赢? “明理厚德，和衷精业” 。明理明德，既是发扬人身上固有的天赋实力。公司始终以来推崇民-主，公允公正，较好的激
