2、这次活动的进程，投票过后，村干部要求我们参与了读票写票的环节。通过投票活动，最终从几名候选人中选出了一名的票数最高的人，最终，老村长和新任村长交接了工作手续并由新村长对今后的工作想法进行陈述，本次活动就此圆满结束。 总结：在本次活动中村委干部遵守了重大事项社会公示制度，将此次活动通知村民，接着又采纳干脆选举的方式以投票的方法来选举村长，遵循了少数听从多数的原则，本次活动使得村委会是村民自我管理，自我教化，自我服务的基层群众性自治组织这一理念得以充分体现。 家乡三农问题的调查报告 今年暑假期间(8月14日22日)，我在家乡(四川省荣县留佳)做了一个关于家乡三农的调查报告，通过调查探讨，我对家乡三

3、农所存在的问题有了初步的了解，这为更好的把握当前的三农问题，深化自己对这一问题的了解，加强理解中心的这一系列的政策供应了客观的依据。 总所周知，在21世纪里，农业，农村，农夫三农问题同样存在，并将在中华名族走向宏大复兴的新的历史征程中处于极其重要的位置，发挥不行或缺的基础和保障作用。从这个意义上来说，中国的社会主义现代化建设胜利与否取决于农业、农村、农村问题的解决与否，解决“三农”问题是中国现代化建设的重要工作任务。党的xx大提出全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标，中心新的领导集体对“三农”问题。只有解决好“三农”问题，才能使改革开放和社会主义现代化建设接着深化下去，才能全面建设小康社会。 对于这个问

4、题，我走访了家乡的一些村落，同一些村民、村干进行了交谈，真真实实的了解到了，三农问题不仅是国家产前的一大核心问题，而且也对我县有着很大的影响，对每一个农夫有着亲密的联系。我县是一个农业大县，广阔人民群众的生活开资均来自农业上的收入，而我们却在农业生产上有着极多的缺陷，从而导致了农夫的生活水平得不到改善，并且还引发了一系列的共存问题。以下，我就我家乡的一些实际问题，来谈谈我对三农问题的相识。 首先，三农问题是三个共存性的问题，它们相互牵连，相互制约;其次，三农问题会引发其它的问题，这就更加阻碍了国民经济的发展;再者，三农问题是一个普遍性的，历史性的问题，对于解决三农问题，就有着历史的艰难性。 三

5、农问题是有着很大的关联的，它们是并存的。农业得不到发展，就使农夫的生活水平得不到提升，农夫的生活水平总是处于低迷状态，那么农村也无法得到发展。这样一来，城乡之间的经济发展、文化水平的差距就会进一步拉大。农村的种植方式，民房，都还处于非常低下的状态，基础设施特别缺乏，受天气的影响极大，尤其是今年，我目睹了家乡水稻无法正常收割的状况，令人堪忧。三农问题，就是一个犹如恶性循环一样的并存问题，所以必需要有所改善才能变更农夫生活水平低下的状态。家乡的三农问题尤为显著，家乡的生产发展都是靠农业农业，所以有的地方栽种花生，有的种西瓜，有的种柑橘，虽然说已经有了肯定的规模性，但是却是采纳的小户自家种植，这样的

6、种植方式是有着很大的局限性的。首先，小户种植，没有采纳现代化的科技种植方法，产量就会得不到提升，其次，小户种植太过随意，对于作物的出售渠道就会有所限制。这样，农夫的所收获的产物就没有得到很好的收入，农夫的经济水平也就得不到很好的改善，农村的道路就照旧还是不通畅。基础设施差，农产品无法得到刚好的运输，影响了农夫的收入，这样周而复始的循环，三农问题就依旧没有得到很好的解决。 三农问题的存在，会引发一系列的并存问题。第一，农业始终得不到发展，家乡年轻一代的群众就选择了外出谋生。许多人都觉得在家务农不如出去闯荡，我小时候的挚友，有好几个都是留守儿童，这样一来，在农业生产上就只能靠所谓的老弱残兵了，农业

7、发展的前景就更加堪忧了。并且，留守儿童的问题也就跟着同时产生了。据调查显示，家乡的留守儿童占了儿童的57%。儿童是国家的希望，但是却没有得到父母应有的关切和怀抱，那么就在学校形成了很多的不良习惯，最终父母是失去的远比得到的多。在我下乡走访的过程中，还发觉了一个问题，那么这其次就是，房屋荒废，田地荒芜。一个村，就有三四家的房屋无人居住，甚至是杂草重生，这并不是家道中落，而是全部都选择了外出谋生，那么这些田地也无人看管，落得个荒芜。其实，人们选择外出打工并不是一个错误，三农问题严峻，人们在家入不敷出，这个选择或许也是出于无奈，这是一个并存性问题，关键还是在于三农问题。假如农夫有了足够的收入，那也就

8、没有人想外出了。 三农问题是一个历史性问题，从古至今，农夫都是一个核心问题。许久以来，农夫的生产生活对经济的发展都有着至关重要的作用。我县的经济发展离不开农业，所以要必需解决这个问题，虽然不能靠一朝一夕来完成，但是要从基础做起，一步一步，扎实稳固，历史性的问题就要通过长期的检验来完成。只有渐渐的让农夫富有起来，才能让整个国家更加强壮起来。 三农问题是一个核心问题，它影响了一个国家。我县的经济也是要依靠农业的发展的。国家要“以民为本”，而这个民则是农夫占了多数，只有农业发展了，农夫增收这个重中之重的问题解决了，农村兴盛了，农夫的生活才有可能提升，那么农村的教化问题，城乡之间的差距，才能得到一一的
