11、管理层进行了调整,增加了一名主管人员2、加强餐饮区域通道及公共卫生的跟进,并持速对该区域卫生定期进行清理,卫生得到了明显的改进.3、服务目前存在的问题主要是员工的服务意识欠缺,员工心情化较普遍,本人也实行了一些争对性的措施,比如（1）员工本性难改的问题实行了换人措施（2）实行跟包服务.（3）做员工思想工作.4、培训方面主要是针对于礼节和礼貌在餐前进行培训,员工在此方面有所提高,其它的培训较少,主要以管理人员现场指导为主,下月起先要加强此方面的培训.5、活动方面部门始终没有开展,主要是餐饮零点生意不是很好,推出以后不肯定有效果,目前部门正在制作一份凉爽一夏活动的方案,安排在四月份出台上报审批,五
