3、体生理结构与机能等。本文主要针对沈阳和平艾美酒店员工的工作满足度现状进行分析,通过对酒店内 200 名员工进行酒店员工工作满足度问卷调查探讨,探究影响艾美酒店员工满足度因素有哪些,针对详细影响因素提出相关对策,建设平安舒适的工作环境,在公允与合理的基础上制定科学的薪酬制度,维持和谐的工作氛围,避开员工间勾心斗角的不良风气,酒店领导还应注意对员工的精神激励,在工作时对员工抱有敬重看法,与员工保持沟通,了解员工心情改变,对员工充溢信任,让员工能够自由发挥,同时也要适当激励员工,给员工施加适当压力,同时也要不断赐予员工激励与指导方法,激发员工潜力,提高酒店员工的工作满足度。关键词:工作满足度; 酒店
