1、幼儿园教师对大班科学探究能力培养研究 I 摘要 本探讨选取了福建省福鼎市 H 幼儿园,对福鼎市幼儿园的幼儿科学探究实力培育的现状和所存在的问题进行调查分析,并提出了有关建议。调查中发觉幼儿园老师的学历大部分以专科为主,还有待提升;对科学领域的教化有肯定的重视;老师在探究生成活动的应变不够敏捷,无论是教学目标的制定还是教学内容的选择都表现出传统教学的以学问和教材为中心;教学方法通常大于两种,教学指导方式呈现多样化:大部分幼儿老师对于开展幼儿探究活动呈喜爱看法。最终,基于老师对大班幼儿科学探究实力培育的现状及困难,分别从老师的教化方式和方法,幼儿发挥的主体性和园风建设三方面提出建议。本探讨提出以下
2、教化建议:幼儿园应当重视幼儿科学探究实力的培育,加强老师专业实力培训。幼儿老师应加强自己教学理念,提高自己专业实力。幼儿园与幼儿老师要为幼儿供应平安且教化意义的材料,共同构建幼儿探究学习的环境。关键词:科学探究实力;科学教化;幼儿发展 II AbstractH kindergarten in Fuding City, Fujian Province was selected in this study to investigate and analyze the current situation and existing problems in the cultivation of chil
3、drens scientific inquiry ability in Fuding City, Fujian Province, and put forward some suggestions. It is found that the educational background of kindergarten teachers is mainly specialized and needs to be improved; some attention is paid to the education in the field of science; teachers are not f
4、lexible enough to explore the contingency of the generation activities, whether it is the formulation of teaching objectives or the choice of teaching content, which shows that the traditional teaching methods are usually more than two, and the teaching guidance methods are diversified: most kinderg
5、arten teachers are concerned with the development of early childhood inquiry activitiesFinally, based on the current situation and difficulties of teachers ability of scientific inquiry in large-class children, some suggestions are put forward from three aspects: teachers education methods, children
6、s subjectivity and garden style construction. This study puts forward the following educational suggestions: kindergarten should pay attention to the cultivation of childrens scientific inquiry ability and strengthen teachers professional ability training. Preschool teachers should strengthen their
7、own teaching ideas and improve their professional ability. Kindergarten and preschool teachers should provide safe and educational materials for children, and jointly construct the environment of childrens inquiry learning.
