1、电子商务专业-大学校园团购电商平台研究以城市学院袋番薯校园购项目为例摘 摘要 团购是团体购物的简称,指彼此相识或不相识的消费者为购买同一种商品而联合起来,加大与商家的谈判实力,以求得最优价格的一种购物方式。商家依据薄利多销的原理,可以给出低于零售价格的团购价和单独购买所得不到的优质服务。近年来,我国越来越多商家变更自有经营模式转型向社群团购新零售进攻,并取得丰硕的成果。但是当大家把目光都投向社区开展团购时,校内团购显得有机可趁,特殊是从校内购物不便利的问题动身,创新的团购模式不仅能解决学生的购物问题,而且能为实体店商家带来利益。因此校内团购模式具有很大的探讨价值。本文集中阐述由社区团购衍生出的
2、校内团购的相关概念及实践问题,并以东莞理工学院城市学院的袋番薯校内购为例,分析项目运营过程中的问题及解决对策。袋番薯校内购是由城市学院在校学生自主创立且运营时间超过一年的高校团购平台。一方面,以校内团购作为高校生创业项目,对高校生创业实践发挥了重要作用;但另一方面,高校市场不同于社区市场,照搬社区团购的运营模式不大可取,也为高校生创业带来了诸多隐形风险。着重分析在高校市场中开展校内团购的风险及其对策,详细从校内团购运营问题、运营对策、发呈现状及运营模式等四个方面客观分析,从而针对袋番薯校内购目前所面临的风险提出切实有效的解决措施,使得社区团购更加适应高校市场正确运用,降低袋番薯校内购的运营风险
3、,实现社区团购在高校中发展的可能。该探讨最大的目的是在于探究社区团购在高校市场中的运用,以袋番薯校内购在城市学院发展的基础为案例,点明运营中出现的问题,并提出决策,使探讨主题详细化实际化,浅析结果对后续探讨有肯定借鉴意义——让校内团购能够在新零售潮流中逐步发展壮大,为高校开展团购市场营造一个良好的发展方向。关键词:校内团购新电商模式高校商圈高校生创业 ABSTRACT Group purchase is the abbreviation of group shopping, refers to the consumers who know each other or d
