1、Unit 6 Adventures教学设计The main activities are 2a 2b and 10a 10b. 本课重点活动是2a 2b和10a 10b。一、教学目标1.知识目标:本节课要求学生能听说认读单词born和短语worryingabout/is good at/are proud of;复习句型Im afraid ofIm not afraid of,并能在实际生活中自如地运用这些句型。2.能力目标:通过任务活动,培养学生主动思维、实践探究的学习能力。3.情感目标:结合实际生活,引导学生关注生活,激发学习兴趣和热情,提高学习的积极性和主动性。二、教学重难点教学重点:单
2、词born和短语worryingabout/is good at/are proud of的认读;句型Im afraid ofIm not afraid of的运用。教学难点:如何结合实际生活,创设大量真实、生动的语言环境,拓展学生对句型Im afraid ofIm not afraid of的运用。能否让学生学以致用是本课教学成败的关键。三、教学过程Teaching aids 教具录音机/图片/小黑板/单词卡片Warmming Up:(播放关于冒险的英文歌曲,激发学生兴趣)(名言引述)The biggest adventure you can take is to live the life
3、 of your dreams.人生最大的冒险莫过于过自己梦想的生活。T:First now , lets warmming-up.Lets review some old words,lets read together. Look at some pictures ,please read it stand-up.T:What can you see in the pictures?(出示:be afraid of ,be proud of)Step1 Presentation 第一步 呈现(时间:15分钟)呈现2a 2b。(老师呈现单词卡片或幻灯片,进行问答练习,学习新单词。)(讲述Bi
4、ll现在的状况,引出之前的Bill,倒叙介绍)T:Bill was very tall and strong.He is good at swimming,and he isnt afraid of swimming in the sea.He is a good swimmer in Australia.His parents are proud of him!学生打开课本,带着问题Whosthestoryabout?自主阅读两端文本,初步了解大意。老师适时教授bornto;(让学生听的录音并回答黑板上的问题。)T:Ten years ago,Bill was born to a farme

(举着ago的卡片。)Ss:Ago.(帮助学生回答。)(分析Ten years ago)表示在过去某个时间里所发生的动作或存在的状态。常和明确的过去时间状语连用。Ago与现在相关,从现在往前算有多久,也常与一般过去时连用,如:two days ago,a week ago等。(句子示范)It wasnt long agothat I saw her. 不久前我还见过她。(让学生两人一组观察句子,试着朗读,发现was的用法。)He was short and thin at your age.He was ofen ill.He was afraid of dogs.He
6、was afraid of getting into the water.His parents were always worrying about him. (句式变化) Be动词在一般过去时中的变化(表状态)am ,is过去式为was,带有was的句子,即:主语+ was/ were+ 表语例子:I was late yesterday. 昨天我迟到了。(重点单词&短语,要求记忆)was; afraid of;worry about.Im afraid of Im not afraid of .(dogs 狗 swimming 游泳)T: Listen to 1a carefully a
