1、毕业设计说明书题 目:建校公寓楼土建工程工程量清单及投标文件的编制 学 生 姓 名: 铁英英 学 号: 0505505011 指 导 教 师: 崔云华 张伟勤 专 业 年 级: 土木工程(工程管理05) 所在学院和系: 建筑工程系 完 成 日 期: 2009-6-8 答 辩 日 期: 2009-6-15 设计总说明设计总说明本设计题目是建校公寓楼土建工程工程量清单与投标文件编制。该工程主要内容介绍如下:工程概况:本工程为公寓楼,共七层,位于西宁市南川西路96号青海建筑职业技术学院院内,总建筑面积4529.17;平面图为“一”字形,楼长40.45m、宽15.94m、高22.50m;砖混结构,七层
2、设有坡屋面,一至六层层高均为3.15m,七层室内最低处为1.80m,室内外高差0.15m;属于三类建筑,抗震设防烈度七度,设计使用年限为50年,地基基础设计等级为丙级,安全等级为二级,施工质量控制等级B级;施工工期从6月20至11月1日,共135天。工程特点:空心承重粘土砖墙体,外墙厚370mm轴线外250mm内120mm,内承重墙厚240mm轴线居中,七层局部外墙厚490mm;屋面保温采用100厚聚苯板保温层,防水材料为4mm厚SBS改性沥青防水卷材,屋面防水等级为三级,防水层耐用年限要求为10年;外落水管为白色PVC管,直径100mm;本工程采用人工挖孔灌注井桩(不扩底),桩直径为800。
3、桩底须座于结构稳定的砂卵石层上,井桩顶标高为-1.80m,井桩混凝土C20,地梁混凝土C30,井桩底进入卵石层不少于0.55m,桩长约6.00m。本设计按照该工程的实际内容进行设计的,设计内容包含四个部分:第一部分是工程量清单的编制;第二部分是投标文件投标函部分;第三部分是投标文件商务标部分;第四部分是投标文件技术部分;其中以第一部分和第四部分是本设计的核心。本设计中的分部分项工程工程量清单与清单计价表时同一张表,即分部分项工程量清单与计价表,包括序号、项目编码、项目名称、项目特征描述、计量单位、工程数量、综合单价、合价和暂估价。其中编制工程量清单时以工程数量为中心,这为分部分项工程工程量清单
4、与计价表和分部分项工程工程量清单综合单价分析表的编制作好准备。投标文件商务标部分主要以分部分项、措施项目、其他项目清单与计价表编制为主。该部分主要按照以下几点进行编制的:1.按照建筑工程工程量清单计价规范GB50500-2008编制工程量清单。2.按照投标函范本编制投标函部分。3.按照已编制的工程量清单,参照建筑工程工程量清单计价规范GB50500-2008,青海省人、材、机市场指导价编制商务标。4.按照技术标的规定内容参照各有关书籍编制技术标。投标文件技术部分主要以施工组织设计、分部分项工程工程量清单与计价表、分部分项工程工程量清单综合单价分析表编制为主。该部分设计过程中主要采用以下规范标准
5、:1.土木工程施工、施工手册;某建筑设计院设计的建校公寓楼土建全套施工图纸;2.现行国家及青海省有关建设标准、规程等。青海大学建筑工程系工程量清单Design General InformationThe design of the subject apartment building is the school a list of civil engineering works and preparation of tender documents. Project characteristics: hollow load-bearing brick wall, outside the walls 250mm thick with 370mm axis 120mm, with 240mm thick load bearing walls at the
9、 middle axis, seven local wall thickness 490mm; roof insulation 100 thick polystyrene board insulation layer, waterproof material 4mm thick SBS modified bitumen membrane, for the three-tier hierarchy of roofing, waterproofing durability requirements for the 10-year period; outside water pipe is whit
10、e PVC pipe, diameter 100mm; the engineering application of artificial perfusion bored pile (not extended at the end) , pile diameter of 800. Block in the pile at the end of the structure to be stable on sand and gravel, as well pile top elevation of-1.80m, concrete pile C20, ground beam concrete C30
11、, pile into the gravel layer at the end of not less than 0.55m, piles of about 6.00m. The design in accordance with the actual content of the project design and the design includes four parts: The first part is the preparation of BOQ; The second part is the part of the tender documents the tender le
12、tter; the third part is the business standard part of the tender documents; fourth part of the technical part of tender documents; of which the first part and the fourth part is the core of the design.
