11、读：酒店客房部工作总结做好楼层的安全、防火、卫生工作严查卫生质量，确保出售优质客房做好员工培训和沟通工作。回顾这第一季度的工作,我在领导及各位同事的支持与帮助下,严格要求自己,按照酒店的要求,较好地完成了自己的本职工作,通过第一季度的学习与摸索,工作方式有了较大的改变,工作质量有了新的提升,现将半年来的工作情况总结如下:一、日常管理工作楼层领班对我来说并不是一个陌生的工作,但对我来说是一个全新的工作环境.作为一名楼层领班,自己扮演的角色是承上启下,协调左右的作用,我们每天面对的是繁杂琐碎的事务性工作。在新的工作环境中，各项工作几乎都是从零开始，尽快理顺工作关系，融入新的工作环境，是我的首要任务

12、。努力配合主管做好楼层管理工作，本着实事求是原则，做到上情下达，下情上报。本酒店的会议接待任务比较重，但由于客房服务人员因种种原因经常短缺，这就要求自我强化工作意识，注意加快工作节奏，提高工作效率，力求周全，准确避免疏漏和差错。二、加强自身学习，提高业务水平虽然我的职务只是一名领班，但要做到优秀，自己的学识，能力等还有一定距离，所以总不敢掉以轻心，向书本，向领导，向同事学习，这样下来感觉自己第一季度来还是有了一定的进步，在管理能力，协调能力及处理问题等方面，有了进一步的提高，保证了楼层各项工作的正常运行。三、存在的问题第一季度，本人能认真地开展工作，但也存在一些问题和不足，主要表现在：第一。有

13、些工作还不够过细，如在查房上，设施设备及卫生检查上，不是十分到位。第三。自己的理论水平还不太高。四、下一季度的工作计划1.积极认真配合主管，搞好楼层的日常管理工作。2.加强学习，拓展知识面，借鉴同行业的优缺点，灵活运用自己的实际工作中，优化工作质量。3.加强对设施设备的检查和维护保养，给客人在使用过程中以和谐、舒适之感。4.针对一些新员工和操作不规范的服务员进行手把手的教，提高员工的业务水平。5.对客房的日常卫生质量要严格把关，合理的安排好计划卫生。6.加强节能的检查，平时多跟服务员讲节能的意识，努力做到二次进房检查。在接下来的日子里，我要勤奋工作，努力改正不足之处，发扬优点，力争取得更大的工作成绩，为酒店创造更高的价值。第 5 页 共 5 页
