6、规划可以掌握城市科学的发展，从而洞悉城市化发展规律。智能城市规划的发展，是顺应人类经济社会新发展阶段的科学文化特征，也是适应当前科学技术发展与城市工业变革的最新态势，而建立的一种全面的跨学科的城市发展理念。目前，在智能城市规划建设中面临着一系列问题，如顶层缺乏体系规范，各部门思维无法统筹，操作上注重技术手段而轻场景运用等，这些问题亟需要采取科学方式进一步去改善。 1.1大数据时代下智慧城市的概述 人经济社会的发展对环境污染和能源消耗很重要。而我国作为一个发达国家，在近几年国民经济高速发展和建设现代化的过程中，能源支出也很重要。因此城市规划建设中必须改变中国传统的城市发展模式，并结合现代技术做出

7、革命性的创造。为了降低对城市资源的耗费，并实现人类日益增长的城市化生存需要，智能城市规划的概念便应运而生了，城市计划和建设中关系到很多方面，城市计划、地域资源、人口聚集程度以及现代技术都是影响城市计划与建设的主要参考因素。智慧城市规划建设本身就是结合现代信息处理技术和大数据技术，对城市规划建设中的复杂信息进行智能化处理和分析，以满足现代城市规划建设的总体要求。 1.2大数据时代下智慧城市规划与构建的意义 中国社会市场经济的发展带动着市场的日益强大。科技，尤其是信息技术，在信息化时代发展的背景下发挥了日益巨大的功能。新一代信息技术的研发与运用已被各行各业研究与广泛应用。在中国现代城市规划建设过程中，人工智能技术与智能城市规划技术发展潜力很大，对中国未来城市规划建设与发展有着重要的意义。首先，大数据分析技术将能够协助地方政府部门更加准确、全面地掌握城市规划过程中的有关数量信息，并利用与统计分析比较，迅速找到城市规划过程中出现的问题，并有效解决。其次，大数据分析技术能够拓宽城市规划建设项目的信息收集途径，进一步充实信息资料的内涵，增强大数据信息的准确度，从而适应智能城市规划建设的现实需求。其三，信息化是中国未来的时代潮流，并将继续蓬勃发展。在信息化时代发展的春风中，智慧城市的规划建设将能够得到很大的便利，这也将是中国未来城市规划发展的主导方向。 第 4 页 共 4 页
