1、商品化甲氧苄啶胶体金快检试剂盒检测效果评价与分析摘 要：为了解商品化甲氧苄啶胶体金快检试剂盒对动物源性食品的快检效果，探讨目前动物源性食品中甲氧苄啶快速检测方法存在的问题，确定下一步的研究方向。本文通过对国内快检产品生产企业技术实力的资格审查，择优筛选出5个品牌试剂盒进行质量评价，并对相对准确度较高的3个品牌试剂盒产品进行绝对灵敏度研究。质量评价结果显示，5个品牌试剂盒产品的假阴性率在9.1%25.0%，均不符合假阴性率应5%的考察要求，其中3个品牌产品假阴性率在20%左右，漏检风险较高。因此，有必要进行甲氧苄啶快检方法研究，提高试剂盒产品实际检测灵敏度，确保试剂盒产品的快检监管效果。 关键词

7、生素联合使用，用于治疗鸡白痢、禽霍乱、呼吸道继发性细菌感染等，以降低抗菌药用量、增强抗菌药疗效、降低抗菌药残留及减少细菌对抗菌药的耐药性1-3。甲氧苄啶的广泛使用和不合理用药使动物性食品中存在药物残留，从而威胁人体健康。为了更有效地开展甲氧苄啶残留的快检监控工作，确保食品安全4。本文面向社会广泛征集符合评价验证方案要求的快检产品生产企业，参加评价验证，组建专家组对各品牌快检产品生产企业科研能力等技术实力进行资格审查，择优筛选出5个品牌快检产品进入检测能力方面的现场质量评价环节。通过统一制备盲样，由企业实验人员自行快检实验操作的方式，对这5个品牌商品化甲氧苄啶胶体金试剂盒产品进行统一的现场质量评

8、价。本文拟对这5个品牌试剂盒产品的假阴性率、假阳性率、相对准确度等性能指标进行考察，为确定动物源性食品中甲氧苄啶的快速检测方法的研究方向提供科学依据。 1 材料与方法 1.1 材料 本次评价实验使用的甲氧苄啶快速检测试剂盒由各品牌生产企业自行准备。 1.2 实验方法 依据（食药监办科201743号）5和（征求意见稿）6制定评价方案。（GB 316502021）对家禽中肌肉靶组织的最大残留限量为50 g/kg。因此，本文考察试剂盒对甲氧苄啶的检测限要求为50 g/kg，并根据设定试剂盒质量评价性能指标考察要求为假阴性率应5%，假阳性率应15%。每家企业盲样数均为50份，其中阳性样和阴性样均为2030份。各企业自行准备参加评价验证所必需的食品快检设备、辅助设备、试剂及实验耗材，由企业实验人员自行进行快检实验操作、出具快检结果。对所有快检结果进行汇总分析，统计各品牌甲氧苄啶试剂盒产品的假阴性率、假阳性率、相对准确度等指标。 第 4 页 共 4 页
