1、多模块网格存储系统的待命位策略研究摘 要:随着电子商务的发展以及土地价格的飞涨,较快的取货响应时间及较高的空间利用率成为了当前自动化仓储系统必须考虑的问题。为了应对电子商务新形势的发展,文章提出了一类既具有较快取货响应时间又有较高空间利用率的多模块网格存储系统,建立了多模块网格存储系统在三种待命位策略下的取货时间模型。通过仿真将其与KIVA系统相比,研究发现,第三种待命位策略取货效率大于其余两种,且随着系统规模的扩大,多模块网格存储系统的平均取货时间与KIVA系统相比慢3%到8%左右,但其空间利用率与货架容量远大于KIVA系统。 关键词:多模块网格存储系统;待命位;取货性能;KIVA系统 中图
