1、研讨课总结202212研讨课总结202212研讨课总结2022年12月研讨课总结本次研讨课，历时两个月，现已经圆满结束，总结如下：第一、研讨课主讲教师准备充分，认真。从备课到上课所需教具等都做了很好的准备，为生动、形象、直观讲解教材起到很好的效果。第二、在课前集体备课环节上，同科教师发言踊跃，给讲课老师提出不少课堂设计建议，尤其对新教师帮助更大，讲课教师进行了中心发言，谈自己要讲课的教学设计，尤其要充分展示自己拿手绝活及新课改新教法训练项目，很是尽心尽力。第三、讲课教师，在讲所备研究课时，发挥很出色，基本达到了自己的预想效果及设计要求，展示了自己的风采，改进了教法，收到了较好的效果。第四、在评

2、课环节上，同科老师开诚布公，畅所欲言，给主讲教师提出很多很好的建议，对于今后教学，无论是主讲人，还是其他教师，都有很大帮助。尽管如此，本次研讨课也还存在一些问题。第一、新课改的精神领会不够深刻，仍有穿新鞋走老路之态，讲的过多，让学生活动的相对较少。第二、新教法，如分组讨论还流于形式，没有落到实处。只是徒有其架式，没有起到应有的讨论气氛和没有很好的使多数学生真正发表见解，主动参与。教师讲课，提出的问题时，没有充分放手，让学生表述自己的见解，所给时间也不够。总之，本次研讨课，主流还是起到了很好的研讨效果，使大部分教师有了很大的收益。对今后的教学有了一个明确的导向作用。使多数老师明确了今后努力的方向
