2、固本课的语言知识点，从而发展探究知识与获取信息的能力。二、 学生分析：1、 高二学生具有一定的分析和解决问题的能力，已掌握相关的认知策略，如分析、推理、分类、归纳、总结、记忆等。2、 学生在学习本课之前已完成了对本单元重点词汇、短语的认读，但尚未掌握其具体用法、搭配习惯与语境中的运用。三、 教材分析：1、 本节课是本单元教学的第三课时，是一节语言知识点的讲练课。前面一节课已对课文内容进行了整体理解与篇章结构的分析，这为本节课的学习做了一些铺垫。2、 语言知识重点：monitor, abrupt, passive, call up, now and then, distinguish sb. a
