8、rature reaches 22 , the electric valve is fully closed.5） 工艺冷却水压力控制 Process cooling waters pressure control工艺冷却水系统为开式系统，在工艺冷却水供水主管上设置压力传感器，每台工艺冷却水泵均采用变频控制，通过压力传感器将实际值与设定值进行比较，并自动控制水泵变频器的频率，确保水泵出口压力在设定的范围内。每台水泵设置故障报警，备用水泵自动启动。在供回水主管之间设置电动二通调节阀和压差传感器，通过压差传感器将实际值与设定值进行比较，并自动控制电动二通调节阀开度，确保工艺冷却水供回水主管之间压差
