28、的选择条件没有在有效的时间的传递给大学生，大学生的培养缺乏市场导向。这使大学生就业时缺乏足够信息，从而产生就业盲目性。调查目的：主要了解在校大学生就业期望，自身素质的评价，学校就业指导，对就业形势的看法，旨在了解当前的就业形势对大学生的影响；通过对影响大学生就业因素的调查，更好地调节用人单位与毕业生之间的供需关系；为当代大学生职业生涯规划的发展作一个新的描述；帮助大学生尽快认识自我，学校为学生提供就业引导，使学生能谋取理想职业。为同学们在今后的求职就业过程中提供参考。调查结论及建议：一大学生对就业前景的关注的比较少在调查中了解到，大学生对就业信息的关注还是比较少的，只有24%的同学表示一直在关

29、注就业信息，而71%的同学只是偶尔关注，在看到时留意下。而对就业情景的关注程度，直接影响了对为所选职业所做的准备程度和将来职业所带来的成就高低。同学们大都表示对未来的工作有担心，但在实际生活中却缺少了这种基本的努力。典型的眼高手低表现。总结照成这方面的原因：1.因为学生现在仍在安逸，舒适的校园中生活，对激烈的社会生活没有足够的了解。在经济上仍依赖父母，忘却了就业压力带来的紧张感，每天仍是如中学生活，上课、下课，对就业缺乏了准确的了解和认识。2.学校提供的就业指导不到位。同学们表示，虽然学校开设了就业指导课，但只是泛泛的讲些大道理，缺少了实际的操作能力。二大学生个人能力存在缺陷，自我认识不足自我

30、认识包括个人的兴趣与特长、个人的性格与价值观、个人所选定的目标与需求、个人的情商、个人的工作经验、个人的学历与能力、个人的生理情况等个方面，是职业生涯规划的重要内容之一。通过对部分用人单位的了解，发现社会所需要的大学生应具备的基本综合素质应该包括思想健康和道德、自律、讲诚信，善于协调、容易与他人合作的品格，以及具备过硬的专业技术知识和基本的法律法规知识。调查显示，有60%的大学生认为造成就业难的状况，除了社会压力大，企业用人少的因素外，主要问题还是在于自身的工作经验的缺乏，缺少实战经验是致命的因素。目前大学生的个人综合素质和能力缺失，突出表现为相对缺乏社会实际工作经验,缺乏解决现实问题的能力，

31、缺乏艰苦创业精神，在与人合作与沟通方面存在着障碍。在调查中发现，有57%的同学认为自我表达能力和人际交往关系是自己在求职过程中遇到的最大的难题。 职业生涯目标是指可预想到的、有一定实现可能的目标。而职业目标的选择并无定式可言，关键是要依据自我实际，这就要求我们要对自己有所了解。通过个人分析认识自己，估计自己的能力，确认自己的性格，发现自己的兴趣，明确自己的优势，衡量自己的差距，并以此来开发自己塑造自己，使自己的才能得到充分的发挥。然而调查表明，大部分大学生对自己的能力、兴趣、职业倾向都缺乏深度了解，自然对职业生涯目标是模糊的。三大学生的就业观念，职业期望状况影响职业期望因素大致可分为三个方面，

32、声望地位稳定性因素（地理位置与单位性质、社会经济因素），内在价值因素（是否能发挥自己的才能、自己的理想），外在价值因素（家庭的经济条件、薪水和福利、）。在调查中，被调查者薪酬和福利、地理位置、单位性质、自己的理想、家庭的经济条件、父母的决定、社会经济因素、是否能发挥自己的才能，按自身在选择工作时所起作用从大到小排序。其中在职业选择中考虑的首要因素的选择情况，薪酬和福利、地理位置、单位性质和父母的决定为同学们所所首先考虑下的，接下来是自己的理想、是否能发挥自己的才能、家庭的经济条件、社会经济因素，男女生没有显著的差异。据调查发现，以往的学生对自己就业后工作的要求，无论是单位性质反面还是薪资方面，要求都比较高，但现在的就业形势似乎不允许初出茅庐的学生有挑工作的机会了，大学生们的要求也降低了很多，大部分同学都表示可以接受“先就业，再择业”的观念。对于以后将从事非专业的工作，有61%的同学都表示可以接受，看招聘单位给出的工资待遇和发展前景。但在就业公司选择时，有58%的同学希望可以再外资企业和政府部门工作，对那些民资企业只有极少部分的同学表示会考虑，这也是大学生好高骛远的表现，似乎也有点不切实际。专心-专注-专业
