39、网上银行（目前是电子银行的最高形式）为企业提供一个货币资金的收支平台，使企业随时方便的查询和掌握其货币资金的收、支、存等变动情况。企业大量款项支付如工资的发放、保险金的缴存、住房公积金的缴存、货款的支付等，都可通过相关管理机构（经过加密技术或安全认证技术）的软件在网上银行轻松支付，缩短了货币资金的在途时间。再例如在税务方面：当下税务部门推行的“金税工程”就是税务部门和企业间通过互联网络建立的一个互动平台，企业可在网上完成纳税申报、国税增值税专用发票开具的抄税、进项税票的认证、清除税票信息（清卡）、税款支付、下载证明和回执以及涉税服务等事项。而税务机关也利用该网络平台发布税务信息、审核企业的纳税

40、资料、锁机来制约企业的违规行为。这既减轻了税务人员的工作量，又方便了纳税人。不一而足，如今企业生存在经济社会之中，就离不开相关的管理部门、离不开市场、商务信息的沟通互动和制约。电子商务已融进企业的经营活动中。2 电子商务的优势电子商务为企业提供了广阔的经营和贸易环境，大大提高了商务活动的范围、水平和服务质量，前景十分光明，在增强企业力上，显现出强大优势。2.1电子商务能提高企业经营活动的效率电子商务不仅快捷方便使企业内部经济业务有效集成，提高效率，也可以与供应商、企业客户、银行、税务等相关部门或系统有效连结，在网上就可处理相关业务，获取信息，缩短时间，提高了效率。2.2电子商务能提高企业形象

42、快捷，减轻了，为企业带来商机和效益，企业没有理由不接受，接受和建立电子商务、利用和发展电子商务是企业发展的必然。3 企业要满足电子商务的要求企业开展电子商务必须满足电子商务的要求，才能充分发挥电子商务的优势。3.1构建电子商务环境企业开展电子商务的前提离不开企业内部的信息化建设，必须具备应有的软硬件设施：一是应具备服务器和相应数量的计算机；二是要有基础设施；三是应具备开展电子商务业务的应用系统；四是应具备现代化的管理。同时还应考虑以下因素：电子商务应用系统必须具有实用性；系统必须实现数据的集中存储和备份；系统必须具备在线升级扩展能力；系统必须具有数据业务的安全保障等。3.2企业必须改变原有的管

43、理机制电子商务技术必须与企业的管理和运营机制以及业务流程有机结合，使之能为新系统所用，特别是企业的外部合作单位的管理和信息处理技术要满足企业开展电子商务的基本要求，否则电子商务不会达到预期效果。同时，企业不能立即放弃原有的，要充分利用现有成熟的电子商务系统，将原有的信息系统有选择的科学合理的融合进来，最大限度的处理好不同系统间的差异，为企业开展电子商务打下良好的基础。3.3企业要加快引进或培养复合型电子商务人才，才能在电子商务中游刃有余，抢占先机，获得收益电子商务最终是由人来操作执行的，企业需要的是既懂网络技术，又懂电子商务规则和经营之道的高素质复合型人才来从事该项工作。论文大全，企业效益。除
