2、her, in a spirit of friendly cooperation, agree to sign this contract and pledge to all the obligations stipulated in it.一、外籍教师职责Foreign Teachers Duties and Responsibilities1.合同期间，外籍教师需遵守公司的工作时间与公司规定，并且不允许在合同期内辞职。The Foreign Teacher should comply with the schedule and regulations of * Education, and

3、 he/she must not resign during the contract term.2. 外籍教师必须提供真实有效的身份证件，如因证件原因产生的后果自行负责。The Foreign Teacher must provide the real ID certificates, and be responsible for the consequences caused by the fake certificates.3. 外籍教师应使用聘用方提供的教学材料，制定合适的教学计划，保证教学质量。The Foreign Teacher will use the teaching mat

The Foreign Teacher should apply this teaching plan to ensure the delivery of high-quality lessons.4. 外籍教师主要的工作内容：The Foreign Teachers main working contents :a) 讲授语音课与口语课。To teach Oral English Lesson.b) 组织备课和与家长学生互动活动。To

5、prepare lessons before class and organize interaction activities with parents and students.c) 若教学时间有变动，应服从聘用方的安排，不得有异议。If the schedule of the classes is changed, the Foreign Teacher should obey the employers arrangement with no objection. d) 工作时间： 年 月 日 至 年 月 日，周一到周五，每天4课时。Working time： from Monday

6、to Friday, from to , with 4 classes per day. 5. 外籍教师在上课时间不得迟到，若迟到5分钟以上，每次罚款50元。The Foreign Teacher must not be late for school. If he/she is late for school over 5 minutes each time, it will be a penalty of 50RMB each time.二、聘用方职责Employers Duties and Responsibilities1. 聘用方将对外籍教师的工作进行指导和评价。The Employ

7、er will provide guidance and evaluation of the Foreign Teachers work.2. 聘用方将安排一位中教协助外籍教师授课。A Chinese teacher will be arranged to assist the Foreign Teacher in teaching.3. 聘用方支付给外籍教师每个月人民币_元，以及课时费每课时人民币-元。The Employer will provide a salary of RMB _ per month to the Foreign Teacher, and RMB - per clas

8、s.4. 聘用方支付外籍教师交通补贴人民币_元/次。The Employer will provide a traffic allowance of RMB_each time, at most RMB100 per day.5. 每月15号支付上个月的薪酬与交通补贴。The salary and traffic allowance of this month will be paid by cash on the 15th day of next month.三、合同的终止Termination of Contract1. 如外籍教师违反聘用方的工作制度或者合同的其他条款，聘用方有权通知外籍

9、教师终止合同。此情况，当月无任何薪酬与补贴。If the Foreign Teacher fails to perform his/her duties and responsibilities as shown in the Employers working regulations and the contract, the contract will be terminated immediately. In this situation, the Foreign Teacher will not receive any salary and traffic allowance of t

10、his month.2. 如聘用方认为外籍教师表现不佳，聘用方有权立即终止合同，外籍教师只能得到已工作的薪酬。If the Foreign Teacher fails to perform well in teaching at the discretion of the Employer, the contract will be terminated in 3 days, but the Foreign Teacher will only receive the salary of the days that he/she has worked. 3. 如外籍教师在合同期内辞职，聘用方有权
