3、canmakeadialogueonmyfavoriteseasonsandlearntostatetheirreasons. Thecontentofthisunitiscloselyrelatedtostudentsdailylife,fullofchildinterests,andmostimportantly, thestudentsareveryfamiliarwiththewordsandstructures,soitisgoodfortheirlearningandcommunicationAnalysis of the studentsThe teaching object i
4、s students in Grade 5. They are lively, interested in games and competition. They have learned the words about seasons, like: spring, summer, fall, winter. In addition, they also learned many words or phrases as: swim, plant trees, fly kites, go hikingPart 2: teaching aimsIn accordance with the stud
5、ents and the new standard curriculum, the teaching objectives are as follows: 1. Aims on the knowledge(a) Ss are able to use the phrases ofv seasons and activities to communicate as follow:O Whats your favourite season? 7、) Students are able to love and cherish life, to love and protect nature.Part 3: Key point The Key point of this lesson is that the Ss can understand, read and speak the sentences as follow: Whats your favourite season? /Which season do you like best?/ I like / Why do you like?/ Because I can Part 4
8、: difficult point:The difficult point is that Ss can communicate the target language correctly and fluently. Part 5: teaching aids:l Multi-media computer;l PPT; l word cardsl related drawings They are used to help the Ss to grasp the key points and overcome the difficult points.Part 6: teaching meth
9、ods: In this lesson, I will mainly use the game teaching method, direct teaching method, task-based teaching approach, situational teaching method and arrange some kind of class actives based on the “preparation, presentation, practice and production”.Part 7: teaching procedures: It includes 4 secti

Section One: Warming-up Sing a song “Whats your favourite season?” together (2mins) It is important to form a better English learning surrounding for the Ss by singing Purpose of my design: To show the knowledge Ss have learned before, draw out the learning content with the song and stimulate t
