4、 acutely shaking and bumping around 2. 工作原理 Working Principle当变压器的储油柜的油面升高或下降时，油位计的浮球或储油柜内的隔膜随之上下浮动，使油位计的摆杆产生运动，从而带动传动部分转动，通过耦合磁钢使报警部分的磁铁（或凸轮）和显示部分的指针旋转，指针指示相应的位置，当油位上升到最高油位或下降到最低油位时，磁铁吸合（或凸轮拨动）相应的干簧接点开关（或微动开关）发出报警信号。When the oil level moves up and down due to the variation of temperature, the float

12、锈蚀，应处理好后再安装。Check if it is damaged or rusty during store and transportation; make sure that all components are in good condition before installation.5.2.2 油位计在安装前用手轻轻地拨动摆杆，应转动灵活，极限位置时应可靠发出信号。Dial the connecting rod with finger and it should be rotating smoothly, make sure when it reaches Max or Min

13、limit, the alarm signal can be sent.5.2.3 油位计在安装前应检查引线电缆、出线端子和信号开关绝缘性能是否良好。Check the insulation of the cable leads, terminals and signal switches. Make sure that they are in good conditions before installation. 6. 安装与使用（运行与维护）Operation and Maintenance 6.1 油位计的使用 Operation of oil-level indicator6.1.1

14、 变压器设计在选用储油柜的同时，应选用相应的油位计，特别是摆杆长度（浮球中心至油位计铰链点中心距），以保证油位计显示值与油面位置的一致性。During transformer design, the relative oil-level indicator should be selected at the same time select the conservator. 15、e sure that the pointer number is consistence with the oil level of conservator actually.6.1.2 油位计所测液面不得有剧烈波动，摆杆不得快速猛烈摇动。变压器包装运输时，油位计（包括摆杆）须拆下单独包装运输，否则应将摆杆可靠固定，YZS型油位计应与储油柜隔膜脱开。The measured oil level should not be fluctuated acutely, the connecting rod should not be rocked fiercely. 16、former transportation, the oil-level (including the connecting rod) must be dismantled and packed separately otherwise the connecting should be fixed solid. The type of YZS oil-level indicator should be apart with the diaphragm of conservator. 6.2 油位计的保养 The maintenance of Oil-level indicator 油位计在运行

17、中应每年检查一次。检查引线和开关绝缘性能是否良好，密封垫圈是否需更换。Check the oil-level once a year during operation. Check the insulation performance of leads and switches.
