1、精选优质文档-倾情为你奉上2010级工程造价专业暑假认知实习任务书 一、认识实习的目的和任务根据工程造价专业教学计划的安排，为培养适应社会主义现代化建设需要的，德智体全面发展，具有较强实际操作能力的实用型建筑技术人才；提高学生对建筑结构和构造、建筑施工现场、建筑材料的感性认识，现对 2010 级工程造价专业认识实习作如下的安排。 认识实习是工程造价专业的一个重要的实践性教学环节。学生通过参观建筑材料市场来认识和了解建筑材料的品种、性质、规格、用途等；参观建筑工程施工过程的不同施工阶段包括：基础施工、主体施工、安装施工和装饰施工现场，了解和掌握建筑施工的特点及建筑产品生产的特点等，了解建筑企业的

2、经营管理、造价管理、技术管理的方法，为今后学习工程造价的专业课程打下理论和实践的基础。 二、实习时间及地点根据教学计划安排，生产实习在第二学期与第三学期之间暑假进行，为期七周。实习期间的工作及劳动时间，应按工地规定执行。实习结束前，安排两天时间，进行实习报告的最后整理。生产实习宜选择工程任务较饱满而管理较先进的工业或民用建设工地，工地的施工最好处于基础或主体结构施工阶段，或大型公共建筑的高级装修阶段，学生可到建筑公司所属工程项目部进行实习外业和内业工作。三、 认识实习的内容 1、走访建筑材料市场：了解常用建筑材料的品种、性质、规格及品牌、价格等。 2、参观建筑、安装和装饰施工现场：了解建筑、安

3、装和装饰施工技术、建筑施工组织与管理及相关报价和企业定额管理知识等。 3、走访建筑、安装和装饰工程公司；了解建筑企业的经营、设计、施工、管理、投标报价等的相关知识。 4、参观大型文化、体育场馆、古代建筑、现代化高层建筑、新建住宅小区等，提高对建筑产品和建筑生产的特点的认识和了解。 报告提交时间：下个学期开校。1.实习周记（从开始实习当日起，每周一次，每篇不少于1000字）；2.毕业实习报告（实习的内容、收获、体会及成果，不少于5000字）；3.上交生产实习工地考核表（详见附表2）实习成果具体要求如下：(1)实习周记实习周记是积累学习收获的有效方式之一，也是学习成绩考核的组成部分。在实习中，学生

4、每周须记周记（不得少于1000字），并要求统一采用附表1的格用A4纸手写，不准打印，最后写好封面装订在一起上交，也为实习结束时编写整理实习报告积累原始资料。对实习周记的书写要求如下：记取本周内的工作内容及完成情况；实习中的心得及发现的问题可能提出的合理化建议；结合实习工作，注意积累资料。 (2)实习报告实习结束前，学生必须各自编写提交一份实习报告，实习报告是学生对生产实习全过程的总结，也是评定实习成绩的重要依据。要求统一采用A4纸手写，字数不少于5000字，文字简明通顺，书写工整，最好配有图表，详见附表2。（3）生产实习工地考核表要求每位学生实习结束后，由指导学生生产实习的工地专业技术人员对学

5、生的实习作出评语，并加盖所在实习单位的公章，详见附表3。五、认识实习的纪律和安全 1、所有学生都必须根据实习指导书的安排，认真地参加认识实习。因特殊原因不能参加实习的要按规定向实习指导教师说明情况。进入实习现场时，实习学生必须服从现场指导老师和实习现场管理人员的指挥,遵守施工和实习现场的规章制度，不得影响施工和实习现场正常的工作秩序。 2、学生在认识实习期间，必须学习和掌握施工现场的安全知识，加强自身的安全防护， 进入施工现场应戴好安全帽。 要特别注意高空的安全，不得擅自启动任何电器开关，严格遵守操作规程，以防意外事故发生。 六、实习成绩评定实习结束时，学生必须将实习周记、实习报告及实习考核表
