3、sor for signing and checking and to Engineering Dept. & Sales Dept. for first-check.2.如客人需求變更,由業務部ECN直接會簽If customer requests us to change engineering, Sales Dept. will directly countersign ECN.1.業務,工程確認OK後,由業務會簽客人,如客人同意,申請單位轉正式ECN由工程文管統一臨時編號;Sales Dept. will countersign Customer after engineering c

4、hange is confirmed by Sales Dept. and RD; applying unit will change it into the formal ECN and submit to DCC of RD for temporarily assigning uniform numbers.2.審核圖面或相關資料.Check the drawings or related references.1. 製作通知單會簽相關單位,提供費用,時間,庫存(庫存給客戶確認處理方式)Related units make and countersign notification for

(Customer decide how to handle stocks) 修模制作通知單會簽業務部,生管部,模具部或模具保養組Sales, Production Control, Tooling Dept and Mold Maintenance Team will countersign mold repair notification2.會簽完後由副總經理核准Vice General Manager should approve the mold repair notification after being counte

6、rsigned.1.產品執行設變Execute engineering change for products.2,需重新修模或試模的,需由相關部門反映給工程部,重新由業務下單啟動系統.Related departments should reflect those products needed to be re-repaired and mold testing to RD; Sales dept will re-draw list to start system.3.文件修訂,其中變動SOP/SIP由相關單位提供給工程確認OK后,工程發NOTES通知於相關單位正式更新執行.Revisio

7、n of documents and changed parts of SOP/SIP will be provided to RD for confirmation and sending out NOTES to related units for formally updating and executing SOP/SIP.1.ECN會簽相關部門Related departments countersign ECN.2.生管提供庫存(包括各製程及供應商庫存數量)統一數量填至ECN備注橍並簽名Production Control provides uniform quantity of

8、stocks including all manufacturing stages and vendors and fills into the notes column of ECN and sign.3,相關單位填寫ECN執行附表或完成時間Related unit fills in ECN execution attachment form and completion time.1.工程部主管/或代理人核准.RD supervisor or his agent approves ECN.1. 工程文管以電子檔存放於(勤誠ECN專區/包括BOM),協力廠由生管部執行轉發.DCC in RD

28、gning, if exceed the time, explanations are needed or it shall take as rejecting signing.2 會簽時,如相關單位課長不在,將由職務代理人處理簽字.(請提供代理人名單)When countersigning, if the supervisor of related unit is absent, signed by the agent. (Please provide the list of the agents.)3 相關單位會簽時,如不能當時會簽的,等會簽好后,必須通知主導單位去拿單,且 不能超出限定時

29、間,如有異常請通知主導單位.When countersigning, if related units cant countersign at the time, they should notify the leading units to take the sheet after countersigned without exceeding the deadline and please inform guiding unit of abnormity.4 修模的部分,生管在會簽時請寫出庫存數,工程或業務將庫存數書面給客人,客人決定庫存之處理新品導入方式後,工程再通知相關部門之處理方式.

31、hen Engineering Dept. shall instruct Production Control and buyer to treat through Notes5 拒簽者或超出限定時間者,由主導單位提出處罰大過一次.Persons who reject signing or exceed the deadline shall be reported being punished for the major merits by the leading unit.6 ECN,制作通知單只會簽至上述定義之窗口,其它相關人員由相關部門自行內部協調處理.ECN and manufacturing notification only can be countersigned by above-mentioned windows and other related departments should negotiate with and handle ECN and manufacturing notification privately. 专心-专注-专业
