7、.课 后 反 思本节课采取情景教学与“先学后教，当堂训练”模式相互融合，通过学生自学，然后对自学过程中存在的问题老师重点点拨，最后通过情景表演，使学生对所学的内容熟练掌握并达到灵活运用。本节课目标完成较好，两个班近一半学生都能熟背此对话内容，但还有部分学生只能流利朗读，还需课后进行强化记忆。另外，小组合作学习过程中，“兵教兵”有个别小组不到位。 组长审签 教案序号这是个颇有悬念的儿童故事。故事从小乌龟要找一份工作开始，就吸引了学生们。“小乌龟会找一个什么样的工作呢？”接下去小乌龟到邮局、消防队应征工作，又紧扣学生的心。“小乌龟会被录取吗？”经历了和小乌龟同样的失望后，学生们也不禁会和小袋鼠、小

8、猴子一样惦念着：小乌龟上哪儿去了呢？最后，小乌龟终于找到了适合自己的工作，故事有了一个圆满的结局。在欢喜之余，学生们或多或少能领悟到一点：每个人都有自己的长处，找到适合自己的位置，就能充分发挥这个长处。 小螃蟹找工作 小螃蟹告别妈妈，出门去找工作。 小猫理发馆需要一位理发师，小螃蟹想：“这个工作我倒挺合适。”小螃蟹的两只大螯就像两把灵活的剪刀。但它不喜欢这个工作，它又继续往前走。 爱玩是孩子的天性，尤其是对于一年级的孩子，玩是最快乐的时光！然而，大部分孩子都知道课余时间玩什么，却对如何有创意地玩、玩的时候注意什么没有概念。根据新课程标准，引导孩子快乐、积极地生活、有创意地生活是重要培养目标。因此，本课玩得真开心应运而生。教学目标：1. 情感态度与价值观：引导孩子积极向上地生活，激发对玩乐的兴趣和创意。2.知识与能力：认识到“玩得开心”要以安全、文明、有节制为前提，同时学会思考、有创意地玩。2. 行为与习惯：养成安全玩、不扰人、有节制地玩的行为习惯，文明生活。教学重点：引导孩子安全、文明、有节制地玩乐，和同伴一起体会童年的快乐和生活的美好。专心-专注-专业
