(“SL Company”) is committed to high standards of business ethics and integrity as reflected in SL Company China Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code of Conduct”). The Code of Conduct expects all of its suppliers
2、 (“Suppliers”) to adhere to similar good working standards and business ethics. The Supplier is expected to comply with the requirements set out in this Code of Conduct. Violations of this code of conduct may result in immediate termination as a SL Company China Supplier and in legal action if neces
3、sary.SL Company realizes that Suppliers may need time to address areas in which they may not be in compliance. We believe that compliance is best achieved through a process of continuous improvement over a period of time. With this in mind, SL Company invites its suppliers to keep us regularly infor
4、med about their actions and their improvement plans concerning the Code of Conduct. LaborandHumanRights 劳工和人权Suppliers must uphold the human rights of workers, and treat them with dignity and respect as understood by the international community. 供应商必须按照国际社会的相关规定,维护员工的人权和尊严,充分尊重员工。 2. Antidiscriminatio
6、n 反歧视Suppliers shall not discriminate against any worker based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, religion, political affiliation, union membership, national origin, or marital status in hiring and employment practices such as applications for employment, pro mot
7、ions, rewards, access to training, job assignments, wages, benefits, discipline, and termination. Suppliers shall not require a pregnancy test for any workers except where required by applicable laws or regulations or prudent for workplace safety. In addition, Suppliers shall not require workers or
8、potential workers to undergo medical tests that could be used in a discriminatory way except where required by applicable laws or regulations or prudent for workplace safety. 供应商不得因员工的民族、肤色、年龄、性别、性取向、种族、残疾、宗教、政治面貌、会员身份、国籍或婚姻状况,在诸如求职、晋升、嘉奖、派遣培训、工作分配,工资、福利、惩戒和终止劳动关系等雇佣行为中歧视任何员工。供应商不得要求员工进行怀孕检查,或歧视怀孕员工

Suppliers shall not threaten workers with or subject them to harsh or inhumane treatment, including sexual harassment, sex
10、ual abuse, corporal punishment, mental coercion, physical coercion, verbal abuse, or unreasonable restrictions on entering or exiting company-provided facilities. Suppliers shall prohibit harassment and unlawful discrimination in the workplace. 供应商必须承诺提供一个不存在任何骚扰的工作环境。员工进入或离开公司提供的设施后,供应商不得威胁员工或使员工遭受

Prevention of Involuntary Labor and Human Trafficking 防止雇佣非自愿劳工和贩卖人口 Suppliers shall not traffic in persons or use any form of slave, forced, bonded, indentured, or prison labor. This includes the transportation, harboring,
12、recruitment, transfer, or receipt of persons by means of threat, force, coercion, abduction, fraud, or payments to any person having control over another person for the purpose of exploitation. All work must be voluntary and workers shall be free to leave work or terminate their employment with reas
13、onable notice. Workers must not be required to surrender any government-issued identification, passports, or work permits as a condition of employment. Suppliers shall ensure that third-party agencies providing workers are compliant with the provisions of the Code of Conduct and the laws of the send
14、ing and receiving countries, whichever is more stringent in its protection of workers. Suppliers shall ensure that contracts for both direct and contract workers clearly convey the conditions of employment in a language understood by the worker. 供应商不得贩卖人口或雇佣任何形式的奴隶、强迫性劳工、抵债性质的劳工、契约劳工或监狱劳工。这包括以剥削为目的,

Child Labor童工Child labor is str
16、ictly prohibited. Suppliers shall not use child labor. The minimum age for employment or work shall be 15 years of age; under age 15 can be defined as Child labor. Suppliers must verify the age of their workers and maintain copies of their workers proof of age. 严禁雇佣童工。供应商不得雇用童工。劳工可被雇佣或可工作的最低年龄应当为15周

Working Hours 工作时间 Except in emergency or unusual situations, a work week shall be restricted to 60 h ours, including overtime, and workers shall take at least one day off every seven days.
