2、 Electronics公司开发的一款EDA仿真工具软件，该软件可仿真数电、模电、单片机至ARM7等不同电路，仿真和调试时，能够很好地与Keil C51集成开发环境连接，仿真过程可从多个角度直接观察程序运行和电路工作的过程与结果，简化了理论上程序设计验证的过程。由于Proteus仿真过程中硬件投入少、设计方便且与工程实践最为接近等优点，本文采用Proteus来设计与仿真以提高控制系统的开发效率。1 控制系统基本原理系统中包含温度传感器，K 转换电路，控制温度设定装置、数字电压表、放大器、指示灯、继电器和电感（加热装置）等构成。温度传感器的作用是将温度信号转换成电压或电流信号，K 转换电路将热力

3、学温度转换成摄氏温度。放大器起到信号放大的作用，因为传感器产生的信号很微弱。系统中有运算放大器组成的比较器来使传感器产生的信号与设定的信号相比较，由比较器输出电平来控制执行机构工作，从而实现温度的自动控制。2 AD590温度传感器AD590是美国ANALOG DEVICES公司的单片集成两端感温电流源，其输出与绝对温度成比例。在4V至30V电源电压范围内，该器件可充当一个高阻抗、恒流调节器，调节系数为1.片内薄膜电阻经过激光调整，可用于校准器件，使该器件在298.2K（25）时输出298.2。目前采用传统电气温度传感器的任何温度检测均可应用AD590，AD590无需支持电路，单芯片集成，无需线

4、性化电路、精密电压放大器、电阻测量电路和冷结补偿。除温度测量外，还可用于分立元件的温度补偿或校正、与绝对温度成比例的偏置、流速测量、液位检测以及风速测定等。AD590可以裸片形式提供，适合保护环境下的混合电路和快速温度测量。AD590特别适合远程检测应用，它提供高阻抗电流输出，对长线路的压降不敏感。任何绝缘良好的双绞线都适用，与接收电路的距离可达数百英尺。这种输出特性还便于AD590实现多路复用。AD590的主要特性为：（1）流过器件的电流（）等于所处环境的热力学温度，即式中，流过AD590的电流，单位为，热力学温度，单位为K;（2）测量范围为-55150；（3）AD590的电源电压范围430

5、V，可以承受44V正向电压和20V反向电压，因而器件即使反接也不会被损坏；（4）输出电阻为710；（5）精度高，AD590的非线性误差仅为0.3。3 单元电路设计与电路原理3.1 温度电压转换电路电路中，电压跟随器做缓冲级及隔离级。因为，电压放大器的输出阻抗一般比较高，通常在几千欧到几十千欧，如果后级阻抗比较小，那么信号就有比较大的一部分损耗在前级的输出电阻中。此时，就需要电压跟随器进行缓冲，起到承上启下的作用。3.2 K 转换电路因为AD590输出的电流值对应热力学温度，而我们采用摄氏温度来进行控制，所以要进行温度转换。R1R2Rf1RbA2当和时，则上式为R1、R2、Rb、Rf1和的选取的

6、原则是令环境温度为0时为0V。3.3 放大电路为使输出电压与控制温度的相互关系清晰表现出来，设计一个反相比例运算放大器，这里将放大倍数设计为十倍，用数字电压表可以实现温度显示。3.4 温度比较电路温度比较电路主要由电压比较器构成，电压比较器是对输入信号进行鉴别与比较的电路，是组成非正弦波发生电路的基本单元电路。电压比较器的功能是比较两个输入电压的大小，当“+”输入端电压高于“-”输入端时，电压比较器输出高电平，反之则输出低电平。由于比较器只有低电平和高电平两种状态，所以其中的集成运放工作在非线性区。从电路结构上看，运放常处于开环状态，又是为了使比较器输出状态的转换更加快速，以提高响应速度，一般
