1、【精品文档】如有侵权，请联系网站删除，仅供学习与交流tA高速公路路面路肩施工技术交底1.精品文档.路肩施工技术交底一、 施工准备（一） 原材料路肩砼采用水泥为安徽海螺有限公司生产的“海螺”牌P.0 32.5级水泥，砂为六安中砂，碎石为六安市金安区三十铺生产的碎石，其质量规格符合设计要求。沥青及砂砾质量规格均满足设计要求。（二）、施工配合比我项目部试验室已做好C20混凝土配合比设计，并上报监理工程师，经批复同意使用。（三）、人员配备（附件一）（四）、机械配备（附件二）二、 工期安排 路肩计划开工日期为二0一一年五月三十日，完工日期为二0一一年七月三十号。三、 施工工艺与施工方法（一）工艺流程（附

2、件三）（二）施工工艺1、填土施工：在完成水稳基层后可进行路肩填土的施工，施工前对下承层进行清理，达到表面密实，无杂草和杂务的要求。施工中每10米挂线填筑，确保路肩的宽度和横坡度满足规范要求。采用分层填筑，控制每层土的填筑厚度不超过20cm，以保证其压实度能满足要求，路肩填土填至与基层顶面相平。在每层填土完成后采用人工打夯，保证压实度不小于80%。2、防水层、砂砾垫层施工：按设计要求在填土顶面涂沥青做沥青防水层，然后铺筑3cm厚砂砾垫层，使其排出路面结构层内的渗水。3、路肩混凝土的施工：在完成的砂砾垫层上开始路肩混凝土的施工。施工前放好施工边线，按10米一点放线，弯道上按5米一点放样。内侧支立模

3、板，外侧和下侧刷好边坡线。施工中采用挂线施工。混凝土浇筑前对砂砾垫层进行洒水湿润，以确保混凝土底面的水分损失。混凝土施工中报请监理工程师全过程监督，以保证混凝土施工的质量。a) 混凝土的拌和：混凝土拌和采用集中厂拌法施工，施工中严格按照试验室提供的配合比指导施工。b) 混凝土的运输：两方的罐车进行短途运送，必须保证在混凝土初凝之前到达现场，并浇筑完成。 c) 混凝土铺筑：罐车到达指定地点后用人工进行浇筑，浇筑过程必须跟线，严格按照挂线施工，确保砼面的直顺度和表面的平整度达到要求。d) 混凝土的养生：混凝土施工完成，养生至规定的龄期，在混凝土的养生期内，严禁人员对混凝土的踩踏，以期达到混凝土的设

5、理程序文件，使工程质量始终处于受控状态，为业主生产满意工程。 (3)、建立三级质量保证体系，认真搞好内部的工程质量“三检”工作，某一工序完成后，负责该工序的班组进行自检，检查合格后方可与负责下一道工序的班组交接。如上道工序不符合质量要求，则不允许进入下道工序的施工，负责下道工序的施工班组亦有权拒绝交接，直到符合质量要求。专职监理工程师组织各部质检工程师定期进行质量检查。(4)、出现质量问题要遵循“三不放过”的原则进行处理。(5)、加强和完善质量检测手段和设备。为加强施工质量检测，项目部配备足够的技术力量的仪器设备和监理工程师一起严把质量关。(6)、测量控制：首先建立本合同段测量控制体系，绘制平

6、面控制图，对本工程师给出的平面控制点（导线点）和水准点进行复核，恢复和加密，根据施工工序要求，确定各分项工程详细的测量方法，测量工作在总工程师的直接领导下进行，并配备专职人员和具有丰富测量经验的测工，测量数据必须由两个人以上计算复核才能使用，测量仪器使用先进的全站测距仪和自动安平水准仪进行放样测量，并配有FX-82ES型微型计算器及计算机，所有测量仪器必须经过检测才能使用。加强测量人员培训，提高其技术水平和责任心。对进场的原材料半成品、成品的验收，需严格按技术规范要求进行。不合格的材料、半成品不准进场，已进场的要移走处理。影响大的材料我们进行重点控制，如砼原材料检验及配合比设计，水泥的进场检验

7、及存放等。(7)、组建中心实验室，配置先进的检测仪器，随时检测并指导施工，并配有高素质的试验、测量、质检人员，以满足服务、指导、监督施工的要求。(8)、校核施工图纸及说明，严格按照技术规范要求组织施工，严格执行监理程序，认真听取监理意见，接受监理的指示，切实做好各项工作。(9)、 项目部将制定详细的创优措施，按照招标文件优质工程的要求严格落实，创精品工程。（10）在项目部范围内实行质量负责制，责任到人，制定严格的质量奖罚条例。2、质量目标：合格率100；优良率95。3、质量保证组织机构图（附件四）五、文明施工（1）对施工的人员加强文明用语、道德素质教育，强化文明施工意识，树立交通良好形象，展企
