3、得体会24第一章 摘要水泥厂在生产中可产生大量的水泥粉尘，不但造成了空气污染，还严重地影响了操作工人的身心健康，改善现场的作业环境，可通过布袋式脉冲除尘器回收水泥粉尘。某水泥厂的球磨车间建有5个除尘室，每个除尘室安装了1台脉冲除尘器，每台脉冲除尘器有两个脉冲电磁阀（A阀和B阀）和1个提升电磁阀。在提升电磁阀工作期间，脉冲电磁阀才能工作。第二章 设计题目内容1.控制任务和要求（1）各个除尘器的电磁阀的控制时序。为使收尘系统阻力变化范围小，一般采用均匀间隔清灰的工作方式，即采用定时控制方式，各个除尘器的电磁阀的控制时序如图1所示：前室提升电磁阀脉冲电磁阀后室提升电磁阀脉冲电磁阀 图1t0：脉冲电磁

4、阀的启动延时，一般取2st1：提升电磁阀的工作时间，一般取8st2：脉冲电磁阀的喷吹时间，一般取0.13st3：室间隔时间，一般取17s（2）各个除尘阀的工作顺序。考虑到灰斗里绞刀负荷的均衡性、喷吹的有效性及减少清灰时的排放量，一般采用错开清灰的方式。 1A3A5A2A4A1B3B5B2B4B1A（3）系统的工作方式。为检修和维护方便，每个电磁阀应有自动/手动两种工作方式，正常工作时采用自动方式：检修和维护时，采用手动方式。（4）在各个电磁阀工作期间，应有指示灯指 示。 2.设计方案提示 （1）在自动方式下，各个电磁阀处于顺序循环控制过程中。（2）某个电磁阀工作在手动方式下，则不会影响其他电磁

6、和灯1AX7Y5Y172AX10Y6Y203AX11Y7Y214AX12Y8Y225AX13Y9Y231BX14Y12Y242BX15Y13Y253BX16Y14Y264BX17Y15Y275BX20Y16Y304.状态转移图：第五章 PLC控制程序梯形图：指令表：第六章 调试结果调试结果基本符合任务要求第七章 心得体会这次plc课程设计因为自己的原因时间较紧，刚开始时没有选择根据状态转移图编写梯形图，因为状态较多嫌麻烦没有写状态转移图，是直接编写的梯形图。在编写的过程中发现思路没有问题的情况下，各种互锁不胜其烦。运行调试时手动运行正确，自动情况下经常无法停止定时器。然后又根据任务书写出状态转

7、移图，根据状态转移图编写的梯形图除了偶尔因为步数较多软件不能及时反应以外，调试过后基本运行成功。这次课设，给我很大的经验与教训。最重要的就是，要根据任务要求，判断最适合的编写指令方法，如果刚开始就能判断出除尘器用状态转移图编写梯形图更直观更方便，就不会浪费这么多的时间。在自动和手动的编写时，自动与手动的转换时这次的难点，也是我最头疼的地方。原本想的是在自动的过程中加入开关设计，但怎么想都想不出，只好在最开始时用并行把手动的15段程序并在一起。先开始调试时明明分段的手动梯形图基本一致，但就是有的手动成功有的手动失败，在关闭监控后再打开，又恢复了功能。之后根据同学调试的技巧将并行程序中的SET与S
