21、绩,餐饮部获得了市里颁发的“巾国文明岗”称号;房务部前厅获得省里颁发的“工人先锋号”称号,并顺利通过了四星级酒店的复评。2022年即将度过,我们充满信心地迎来即将到来的2022年,值此辞旧迎新之际,有必要回顾总结过去一年的工作、成绩、经验及不足,以利于扬长避短,奋发进取,在新的一年里努力再创佳绩。一、年度经营指标的完成1、2022年酒店完成营业收入XX万元,超额完成年度预算的12.5%。较去年同期增加收入227.95万元。其中:客房收入XX万元,完成预算的119.65%,较去年同期增加收入1X万元;餐饮收入XX万元,完成预算108.78%,较去年同期增加收入XX7万元。2、2022年GOP完成
