1、学生食品安全及预防食物中毒对策分析摘 要：本文主要以W生食品安全及预防食物中毒对策为重点进行阐述，分析了学校附近食品安全无法得到保障、学生自身食品安全意识不足等影响小学生食品安全的因素。同时，从大力宣传食品安全知识，吸引学生注意、增强学生食品安全行为，做好食品安全管理工作、强化学生对食品安全重视，规避食品中毒几个方面深入探讨培养小学生食品安全意识、预防食品中毒的相关对策，继而强化学生对食品安全的关注度，从根源上落实学生食品安全工作。 关键词：小学生;食品安全;预防中毒;意识培养;相关对策 Analysis of Food Safety for Students and Countermeasu

Keywords： primary school students; food safety; poisoning prevention; awareness cultivation; related countermeasures 随着我国人们生活质量的日益提高，食品种类与数量也在不断地增加，食品安全问题的频繁产生严重影响了小学生的健康成长。不法商家以得到更多利润为目的擅自运用低劣食品材料，生产不达标的食品，甚至运用多种手段把产品推销给学生。大多数小学生由于缺乏甄别食品安全性的意识和能力，总是被

7、色彩鲜艳的食品所吸引，可能面临着食物中毒的威胁，甚至危及生命。基于此，本文通过分析小学生食品安全意识的培养策略，以期能够促使学生自觉预防食物中毒。 1 影响小学生食品安全的因素 目前我国仍然面临着严峻的食品安全管理问题。小学生是相对特殊的一类群体，正处于身体成长的重点阶段，食品是否安全将会在很大程度上影响着学生的健康成长。培养小学生食品安全意识，使他们在挑选食品期间合理判断，控制食品中毒事件的出现，增加小学生身体素质1。对学生食品安全产生的影响因素主要是两个层面，即外在因素与内在因素。 1.1 学校附近食品安全无法得到保障 （1）商店食品不达标。针对商店食品不达标的情况，涉及过期食品和三无食品

8、与仿冒食品。若食品过期，危害最小的变化便是不存在以往的味道与口感，深入变化会出现致病细菌，甚至生成亚硝胺等相关对身体有害的物质。学生食用变质食品会增加其中毒与感染病菌的可能性。 （2）无证小吃摊的存在。学校周边会有小摊贩，大多数的摊贩是没有办理许可证的。小吃摊存在于路边，不管是马路扬尘还是汽车尾气，均会对食品安全性带来影响。一般而言小吃摊的设施是比较简陋的，夏季冷藏设施准备得不够充分、冬季保暖设施准备得不够充分、接触现金的手直接给学生拿食品等，这些因素均使食品安全性达不到食品卫生安全标准2。此外，小吃摊采用的原材料安全性也是不能被充分保障的，如用来油炸食品的食用油过度重复使用不更换。因此小吃摊是食品安全质量降低的重要因素。 第 4 页 共 4 页
