23、须要写。那么,几百、上千字的年终总结真的能囊括你一年的工作么?武清集会中心的厨师长郇利海说:一份好的年终总结能够反映一个单位的整体办理水平。比如你一年做出的成绩,包括厨师长所在部分创新了多少新菜品、厨房节省了多少能源、职员办理销售业绩、创新菜品的成功率等等,这些数据来源当然不是凭空想想就能出来的。郇利海说:我们每个季度要做总结,还有月总结、周总结,甚至还有每日工作日记,到了写年终总结时,将这些数据从pc里调出来做个统计就能够了。陶然花园旅店的厨师长柳任尧说:单位凉菜、面点、热菜等档口都有到位表,这些主管每天需要填两次表格,各个环节的情况都能体现在表格上,我每天只需要查抄一遍即可。将这些表格汇总
